Awesome staff here!! Jose was a great waiter and was prompt and attentive. My wife even ordered pad Thai with egg, forgot to say no egg for an allergy and they were so kind to take it back and remake it for her. We will return here for the great food and awesome service.

My wife's first time here. The portions were good and so was the food. Really enjoyed the desert flight. The server was very nice, didn't refill drinks when asked, it was a busy Saturday night, but we left with out getting things we asked for.

I went with my Mom and husband on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't crowded and we got sat right away. Our server, Arie(yana), was absolutely amazing! She is a magician and took our order without writing it down, always impressive for a server to do this and get it right! She was kind, patient, sweet and very knowledgeable of both the food and drink menus. She recommended a Chardonnay for my mom and because, unfortunately, they didn't have any sweeter wine options for me, I ordered the Lunar Elixir (the only picture I took).
The Lunar Elixir was first of so pretty and second soo delicious! Will definitely be ordering this again! It had the sweetness I was looking for but not overpowering. This isn't the best description for it but it tasted like a thicker fruity punch and a little sprite (with alcohol of course). It was refreshing. Not syrupy or anything. It was so so good and had a beautiful presentation.
I ordered the Orange chicken and Lo Mein. The chicken has a perfect crunchy breading and the sauce had a true orange flavor, not too sweet nor heavy. The noodles were great as well!
My husband got the Firecracker Shrimp and rice. It was also delicious. The shrimp was juicy and the spicy flavor was on point.
My mom ordered her favorite: Kung pow chicken and rice. She absolutely loves this meal from here and it definitely hit the spot for her. She was so happy, like a kid in a candy shop with this meal. It was so cute! It really is very good!
For dessert we ordered the Banana Spring Rolls. And holy cow was it the star of the show!!! The warm crispy banana pieces (spring roll breading around a banana & cut up) with the vanilla drizzle on top and the out of this world coconut-pineapple ice cream was the best dessert I think I've ever had...EVER! I even took the little we couldn't finish home! Mouth-wateringlt delicious!
Overall, this was a wonderful experience! Arie: thank you for being an amazing server and your recommendations were perfect! The chefs/cooks did an outstanding job as well! The food was perfect.

Such a great experience. Would absolutely recommend coming here. Erick was our server and he was attentive and polite and did a great job. We will be back for sure. The peartini and the blood orange margarita did not disappoint.

My family and I visited here on a whim for dinner. We were sat immediately upon entry and our server came right over. We were able to order and our food and drinks came out in a very reasonable time. Everything was hot and delicious. I would definitely revisit to try their other selections.

This is my second time being at this specific location and both experiences have been amazing. The first time was for one of my brother's birthdays at the start of the year and the second time I was visiting a friend. Kyle was my server and did an excellent job making sure my needs were met. Even the manager, Yvonne, checked in to make sure I was okay. Staff was cordial, informative of the food, and made great recommendations.
This time around I chose the crispy green beans with their spicy sauce and that was a delight. I later got the spicy Chang chicken which I immediately forgot to photograph and went right into it when it came to the table. They currently have a pomegranate lemonade with a hint of mint that is worth fighting for.
I recommend this place for brunch, family. Get-togethers, and lunch meetings as the atmosphere is very relaxed, the vibe is refreshing, and the staff are so thoughtful.

The best service we've ever gotten. Our server brought our refills long before we needed them, and takeout containers without us asking.
The food was very tasty. We both got the feast. The lettuce wraps were incredibly tasty and very filling. The hot & sour soup wasn't anything special... I'd try something different the next time. I upgraded to the Mongolian trio, and my wife had the sesame chicken. I don't think the upgrade was worth it for $5, but they were both very tasty.
A fun atmosphere, with reasonable prices, and good food quality.

I had dinner on a weeknight and there was no wait. I ordered BBQ Pork Spare Ribs which arrived quickly after ordering and were delicious. Very quickly after ordering the ribs my main course arrived. The steak Lo Mein was very yummy and flavorful. The server was very nice and attentive. I would eat here again

I recently had a fantastic dining experience at P.F. Chang's on March 14th, 2025, around 4-5 PM. I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice, and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked – tender on the inside with a wonderfully crispy coating, and the sesame sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The fried rice was also excellent, fluffy and flavorful.
Beyond the great food, the service was truly wonderful. My server was attentive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. What was particularly impressive was that she was also training a new server, and he did a great job as well! Both were polite, efficient, and created a very pleasant dining atmosphere.
Overall, I had a very positive experience at P.F. Chang's. The food was top-notch, and the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend the sesame chicken with fried rice and commend the staff for their excellent work. I will definitely be returning!

Incredible service every time we eat here! Juan and Omari are both especially great! I wish they hadn't taken the shishito peppers off the menu though. Also, they changed the recipe on their honey chicken and it's a bit spicy now. Their fried rice is great though, as are the orange chicken and mongolian beef. As far as dessert, the banana spring rolls are amazing!

Shout out to the staff that was working on 2/14/25 at or around 6:15 p.m. I made reservations 4 days in advance for a couple celebration of their 38th Anniversary. I left a private note pertaining to this couple, and they took care of my request. The service was great! For a super busy evening, it was a bit of a wait, even with reservations, but once seated, it was a pleasure. I hope upper management reads this review and sends many thanks to the staff for me. (I'm the one with the banner that needed to be hung... hopefully, this help when thanking those particular people) (Thanks for bringing out the sparkler, the couple really was surprised) I'll be back again not just for special occasions but just to chill and enjoy a meal.

We arrived a little after 630pm , quickly placed at our table, and greeted by wait staff. They were sincere. We ordered dumplings and bbq ribs for appetizers. They were soooo good. The meat came off the bone on the ribs so perfectly! We had for our entrees, sweet and sour chicken and pepper steak. We also had brown rice . They were incredibly delicious! My favorite tonight and it was hard to pick was the pepper steak. It was so perfect!!!
I have been to many PF Changs , Atlanta, Orlando, and Phoenix . This perhaps was the best meal I've ever had at a PF Changs. Thanks to the chef and server Andrew.

Food was amazing hot and fast service. We travel over a hr 20 minute drive it was worth the drive . Waitress Charlie was super sweet and amazing. We had bad experiences with the one in Greensboro Nc so we decided to come to Durham Nc try them out and we was glad we did from here on out this where we will be eating 😍😍😍

I really enjoyed all of my food and the service as well. I tried the egg drop soup(8/10) the Mongolian beef(7/10) the dragon sushi role (7/10). All very good flavor and spice. I will say the restaurant itself could be a bit cleaner, there was lots of dust and crumbs on floor. I would come back!

Aaron was AMAZING!! He recommended the new orange chicken which was delicious. We also had the dynamite shrimp sushi and it was yummy!! Very engaging waiter, humorous too!! Knows his stuff!! We’ll be back!! PS .. super sad the chicken noodle soup is off the menu .. and the spring rolls are not good so avoid those!!

Dining at P.F. Chang's was a truly wonderful experience. The calm and inviting atmosphere made it a perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The service was exceptional, with our waitress being not only respectful but also attentive and welcoming, which added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.
As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared, with attention to detail in both taste and presentation. The menu offered a variety of choices to suit different palates, making it easy to find something delightful for everyone.
