My wife and I came here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and had lovely evening! Sisi, our server, did a phenomenal job in hosting our dinner. The ambiance was spot on and food delicious. Thanks again!

My wife's first time here. The portions were good and so was the food. Really enjoyed the desert flight. The server was very nice, didn't refill drinks when asked, it was a busy Saturday night, but we left with out getting things we asked for.

Seemed to be an ok place. Just didnt like the lack of accommodation for our large group in a relatively empty restaurant. We were a little cramped and told we could not use the empty table next to us. I didnt think much of it at first because I was expecting a dinner rush or something, but it never came. Once we were finishing up I noticed the table was free the whole time and we walked out past at least 7 other free tables in our section. I know my family was very respectful even with the lack of accommodation.
That is incredibly disappointing. There is nothing quite like looking at a massive, half-empty setup or room and being told, "Sorry, we can't accommodate you." It just makes you wonder what kind of backwards logic they are operating on.
Whether it’s a total lack of flexibility, poor management, or just rigid policy for the sake of it, it’s a massive letdown when the solution is staring them right in the face.
The food was great and you will probably be alright with a small party, hopefully they read this and accommodate larger parties better in the future.
In the picture, my niece uses the table we couldn't sit at to open a couple of gifts. Also you can see all of the space available, we were in the back corner. -
The best service we've ever gotten. Our server brought our refills long before we needed them, and takeout containers without us asking.
The food was very tasty. We both got the feast. The lettuce wraps were incredibly tasty and very filling. The hot & sour soup wasn't anything special... I'd try something different the next time. I upgraded to the Mongolian trio, and my wife had the sesame chicken. I don't think the upgrade was worth it for $5, but they were both very tasty.
A fun atmosphere, with reasonable prices, and good food quality. -
Last night’s dining experience was the best I’ve had in years. Why? Excellent customer service and care from my waiter, Trevor!!! He was attentive, kind, knowledgeable about the menu, and even made some solid recommendations that were spot on. Perfection from start to finish — meal and virgin mojito 10, ambiance 10, customer engagement 10! Thank you, PF Chang, for taking great care of me.❤️
