Large, organized store with wide selection of outdoor gear from camping to biking and running. Service is typically good with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Parking can be a little crazy at this shopping center. -
I always enjoy visiting this place welhen we stay in Durham. Especially Ted's Montana Grill. -
Very nice stores but parking was a little bit busy -
Had a good time assert the Chinese lantern festival with friends for last new years -
The Property Managers of Renaissance Center (InvenTrust Properties of Atlanta and Raleigh) schedules their very loud construction in the middle of the night with NO regard to disturbing the residents of Southpoint Village Apartments next door. They just will not allow the residents of our community to sleep! Some of us have not only called to report & complain to this center's management about their loud construction & parking lot cleaning at 2 am, 3am etc., but we've also reported the noise to the police department several times. Yet they are determined to have NO human kindness, respect, or empathy for our residents by continuing to schedule their maintenance & construction outside of legal quiet hours (11 pm to 8 am) in our city. This shopping center should be boycotted until they follow those laws and be quiet in the middle of the night like decent people.
