We had a party of ten.
We ordered shots. There was only one person running the floor and one bartender.
It took way too long to get the shots we ordered. We didn't even get to order hookah because there was sooo much time between when she first stopped by and when we saw her again. We left after we got our shots.
Pros:
Atmosphere was dope and the waitress was kind. -
Horrible young girl with bad attitudes trying to count people pockets. My party asked the amount of bottles and better seats for 13 guests. The girl started off with “Well the Cheapest bottle” first off that was rude & She was quickly stopped mid sentence & She was addressed. They couldn’t accommodate us in the couches because we has to buy a bottle which wasn’t the issue but they have bad customer service skills & appearance of their clothes look like house clothes.
Next time we gone just go back to Raleigh location well accommodation is never an issue. We get Couch seating for all guests and leave great tips for their customer service skills over there.
And as A Business owner little do they know we are Business Owners. And in our City we are professional and we service Drinks & Hookah.
The Hookah came out burning and we had to school the girl with the crocs on (unprofessional) how the hookah works. And we waited over hour & 2 of us never received the hookah we ordered and we was the 1st out the group to order. Other guest coming way after us got their hookah. Seems like the workers get distracted & moody when outsiders tell them how to do their job. -
Nikki was the rudest and and most condescending bartender ever she needs customer service experience before she’s put being another bar so after spending $100 at the bar and making a reservation I asked nekia for a hookah she ended up telling the bouncer to kick me out …. I’m not sure why I asked to buy a hookah for over an hour and ended up having them tell me to leave because they can’t get me a hookah I have waited over an hour ppl who walked in and got sat over and hour after me got server hookah before me in regular outside seating im not sure why she would tell the bouncer to kick out a paying customer but yall need to check yall staff this is nothing like the peace n saintin Raleigh it seems like yall have 10 year olds working I also want to add that they told me they were out of hookah’s and I gave them the hookah that was dirty on the table from over two hours ago and she still told me they were out of hookah -
I’ve visited the Raleigh location and happened to be in Durham this past Saturday, so I was excited to visit this one. The atmosphere is chill and great for a 30+ crowd and there was plenty of room for my group and I to find seats. The servers on the floor were attentive and friendly!
However, once my group and I moved to the bar area, the bartender ignored us for at least 30 minutes…while she proceeded to walk past us and continue to make drinks for whom I assume were patrons remaining at tables. She didn’t even attempt to say “I will be with you guys as soon as I can” or acknowledge we were there. It was NOT crowded whatsoever and for a while we were the only people at the bar. Another group of ladies had the same experience once they arrived, but somehow she ended up taking their orders before ours. She also had no problem getting to the guys as SOON as they walked up and immediately making their drinks…but 70% of the patrons were women. -
I can’t believe this happened on my birthday. I walked in and asked for seating, and the young lady at the bar very rudely told me that I could only sit in the lounge if I purchased a bottle. I said that was fine and asked for a bottle menu — she said they didn’t have one. So I asked what options they did have, and she couldn’t give me an answer. At that point, I decided to walk out.
As I was leaving, another staff member told me I could sit in the high-top area with about ten other ladies. I looked around and noticed several open seats, and the people sitting comfortably in the lounge did not have bottles, so I was completely confused.
I visit the Raleigh location often and always have a great experience. I was in Durham for my birthday dinner and was genuinely excited to try this location, but this was an absolutely horrible experience. I will not be returning. As a business owner myself, I would be extremely disappointed if my staff treated customers this way.
