Fans of The Parlour know their staples (cookies n’ cream, salted caramel, Vietnamese coffee, etc.) very well, but their limited and seasonal flavors are always unique and delicious. It's strawberry season in the spring, blueberry lemon season in the summer and pumpkin in the fall. Trust us, when you see it, nab a creamy peach and mascarpone scoop before it’s going ... going ... gone. Vegans rejoice, there are typically at least two to three flavors that are dairy-free and still remarkably delicious.

This is a fine ice cream establishment. They had plenty of good options for ice cream, shakes, and floats. There was plenty of seat space and functional bathrooms(ask for a key). The facility could use some aesthetic buffing but a great stop still. There is also a city square across the street that has additional walking/sitting space. -
Located right in the heart of downtown, this coffee shop offers a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The service is friendly and quick, the coffee is good, and there’s a nice selection of ice cream scoops to choose from. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy a treat. ☕🍦✨

Came here for ice cream on a Sunday night. The selection of flavors was quite slim and they focused on mainly the classic flavors. A single was $5, and service was friendly. The ice cream was good quality and wasn’t too quick to melt. There was some indoor seating but we opted to leave and walk around while eating it.

Had an incredibly rude interaction with an employee 5 minutes ago. I moved to Durham a few months ago and was excited to try local ice cream spots so super disheartening. I get that it's parents weekend and it's busy. Everyone is just trying their best though and being so rude to a customer isn't it. I saw other reviews from people of color who mentioned similar treatment. It may just be one employee but sadly, it leaves me not wanting to return.

We got an icecream cake! It was a hit, and was delicious. It tasted super authentic and gourmet, and was a fair price as we are on day 6 of eating it. YUM!
