Was sent a confirmation email at 7:02 that my order would be ready for pickup around 7:12. It's 7:42 and my wife is just getting into the car because "something happened to one of our pizzas". Papa wouldn't be proud. -
My daughter wanted pizza and she love Papa Johns, so I made a an order head of time, see I had to work that day and didn't want to leave work and wait at the store, so when the app said it was ready, I went to the store and guess what...it wasn't there.
In fact when I got there they saw the order on the computer they said they made it but they don't know what they did it with it. So they asked me to wait.
I asked for refund, I didn't get one. Reached out Papa John website and customer service still have not gotten the refund.
Its been two weeks and nothing, no one has reached out or apologized. Nothing. I am the one reaching out and asking.
I have had issues with this store in the past. Recently I spoke with some neighbors about and they all confirmed having issues with this store and they avoid it. Usually its they get my order wrong now they have upgraded to take your money and don't give you anything. Cool! -
Papa John’s used to be good, but now it’s just terrible. I’ve tasted cardboard that had more flavor and more toppings. I’ve gotten pizza from this location multiple times, hoping that it would get better and it only gets worse.

I ordered a sausage pizza and the quality and presentation was less than satisfactory. It looked like it had been rushed. The cheese wasn't melted or thoroughly spread throughout the pizza. I don't usually order Papa John's and now I understand why.

So delicious!! Theoretically speaking, Papa Johns has recently become my favorite pizza place. I got the cookie pizza and garlic knots. I also got cheese pizza and cheesy bread. Their prices are very good and they usually have coupons! Make sure to get garlic sauce.
