Waited 45 minutes for a 12 inch cheese pizza. The young men working there wasn't in uniform. It seemed like they wasn't trained right. The made my friend the wrong pizza 3 times and the manager acted as though we was the problem. Working with the public is stressful but you shouldn't be telling the customers your stressed out and showing a visible attitude. When my friends pizza was made wrong for the second time. I handed the pizza back and asked for a refund. The manager takes the pizza flings it to the side and said we had to wait for a refund after we had been standing there over 46 minutes waiting on our order. These businesses know when a storm is coming. He should have been better prepared. No one want to buy food and see the person making it display an attitude while they do it. My cheese pizza wasn't properly made or sliced. I use to love this place and now I will never eat here again. Not only are they losing my business but I will no longer purchase pizza from here when my company provides the staff lunch. Domino's pizza here I come.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! They do NOT deserve your business.
ZERO stars, but unfortunately I had to select 1 star. The pizza arrived cold, smashed, and falling apart with cheese stuck to the box. The breadsticks were microscopic, glued together, and soaked because the sauce spilled everywhere.
Customer service was a complete joke. The person answering the phones was incompetent and couldn't even form a proper sentence.
The manager was rude and only slightly above the phone dude in brainpower and they kept putting me on hold just to hang up on me.
If you can’t handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen — and definitely don’t own a franchise that requires you to function under high levels of stress.
This wasn’t food — it was trash in a box. Total waste of money. Never ordering again. -
Worst Papa John’s in Durham. And that’s saying a lot, being even worse than the location on Highway 98. Stood in the store for ten minutes, along with 2 other customers, and none of the 5 workers even greeted us. 1 was a manager. 1 was general manager. Food was completely wrong. Had to wait for a remake. Spent over 1 hour at that store waiting for an order I called in 30 minutes prior to arriving. At least train them on soft skills if they can’t make orders correctly.

Was sent a confirmation email at 7:02 that my order would be ready for pickup around 7:12. It's 7:42 and my wife is just getting into the car because "something happened to one of our pizzas". Papa wouldn't be proud.

My daughter wanted pizza and she love Papa Johns, so I made a an order head of time, see I had to work that day and didn't want to leave work and wait at the store, so when the app said it was ready, I went to the store and guess what...it wasn't there.
In fact when I got there they saw the order on the computer they said they made it but they don't know what they did it with it. So they asked me to wait.
I asked for refund, I didn't get one. Reached out Papa John website and customer service still have not gotten the refund.
Its been two weeks and nothing, no one has reached out or apologized. Nothing. I am the one reaching out and asking.
I have had issues with this store in the past. Recently I spoke with some neighbors about and they all confirmed having issues with this store and they avoid it. Usually its they get my order wrong now they have upgraded to take your money and don't give you anything. Cool!
