Good location, decent customer service. Monday is supposed to be burrito or burrito bowl + drink & chips for $7.99 this location did not want to give the drink telling me is not the deal. They definitely wrong since other locations plus app advertises the deal. FYI bowls are half the size of what they used to be

I ate at this Moes by myself with my young child. I was carrying my child and had a diaper bag and could not easily carry the trays to the booth. I asked the cashier if she could help carry the trays to the table. She said she had a lot of orders and refused. There was nobody behind me in line. I had even left a generous tip. I was shocked. Most places I go people go out of their way to help a mom who is by herself with a small child. It is common decency.

It received 2 stars for food, because I didn't understand the up charged of a $1 for my choice of chicken I wanted. Have eaten there before and never was told that. On this day I ordered the Burtio Special that was advertised. Service could have been better. Felt rushed through although there were no other customers waiting. And she repeated the extra $1 to be added to my order. Not sure if what I was being charged is Moe's new policy or not?

Order my food with lettuce and jalapeños only veggies I got. Why did it come with tomatoes and the lettuce is cut improperly. They serve the white chunky part of lettuce that normally gets thrown out at other restaurants. No green slithers of lettuce like fresh made to order food. To top it off the Spanish guy has an extremely nasty attitude and has been working here a long time. Telling you how a burrito doesn’t come like this or that and corrected me like Ms. Trenchbull on Matilda when I said white rice and not cilantro rice I learned my lesson stay away from the restaurant period.

I usually go to the Moes in Patterson place but this one was better. My husband always gets the white chicken and he said it tasted better and the burrito was neatly wrapped. I ordered a steak stack and it was delicious. I’m giving 4 stars because we both did not get a lot of chips. The chips were crispy and well seasoned as well.
