I had a wonderful experience at Millennium Hotel Durham. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and the entire staff made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
I want to congratulate the hotel for having such an amazing team, because their kindness, professionalism, and warmth truly make a difference. Every detail was perfect, and my stay exceeded all my expectations.
I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean place with outstanding service. Thank you for making my stay such a special experience! -
The place was a good look. Very low key and serine. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. there were several romantic tucked away spots in and around the property. Most of the staff was helpful, however there were a few that could use cust svcs lessons. The pools although we're clean, they didn't work. The hot tub was luke warm and the heated pool was cold as ice and they were both inside. The breakfast was not worth the money. Regular hotel heat up food. Lastly, why couldn't I take my bagel with me?

I debated not reviewing so I'd protect this hotels privacy but decided to share anyway. This older hotel has a lot of amenities that make it simple, functional, quiet, professional and worth it. Its tucked away in the woods between the hospital and the highway. Smiles and support from the friendly staff made me feel safe. Yummy hot breakfast in the garden. Clean, soft sheets. The AC in the room was a bit loud, but I managed. The hot tub was a little dirty from people not showering beforehand but I used it anyway and it was fine.

We stayed here for one night, just needing a place to sleep before heading home. It was overall pretty good, except for the two spiders in our room, which I’ve seen mentioned in other reviews. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the front desk guy was very nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub were amazing after a long night. I liked the pool hours, but the breakfast was overrated. They didn’t have a juice machine, bacon, or real eggs, which I understand most hotels don’t have, but without the breakfast buffet tickets, it was $12 per person. The coffee was good and house potatoes were flavorful but cold. Overall, it was a good stay, but I might choose a different hotel or eat out for breakfast next time.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay. We were being seen at Duke University Eye Center and this was a convenient place to stay. It was less than a mile away. The hotel is conveniently hidden behind beautiful trees right off of the highway. It was so quiet and convenient. The check-in and check out process was quick. The rooms were beautiful and clean. We were expecting a free Continental breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised when we had a free full breakfast buffet.
