People are nice but they seem to get simple orders wrong recently. My last two orders from this place have been missing items I’ve paid extra for. If I’m paying extra for boba pearls or a milk cap, it’d be nice to get it with my drinks.

MILKLAB is DELICIOUS. This has been a very consistent brand and definitely a top 10 boba spot in the state. My go-to is Thai Green Tea with boba. For a super sweet drink, try their Rainbow Fresh Fruit Tea. Their rolled ice cream options are also great. Very convenient location right by I-40, HWY 54, and Southpoint Mall. Don’t forget to sign in for their loyalty points and you might get a drink for your birthday :)

I came yesterday with my friend and although it was busy, the workers worked really hard and informed us it would be a wait. I’lil definitely be returning to try other flavors. Pictured is Unicorn Poop and Cookie Monster. Try it! You won’t be disappointed

Alvin and his staff are professional and reliable! The Perry Group hosted a client appreciation event at Milklab and everyone loved the delicious ice cream and boba tea! I go to this location about once or twice a month. The service is awesome and the drinks are pretty consistent. The strawberry milk cap with pudding is a delicious dessert. I love how you can modify the sugar in the drinks too.

The store was cute, and the drink was visually great, but I ordered the purple taro latte and there were grainy chunks of taro in my drink, which really made it a very unpleasant drinking experience. I’ve ordered taro drinks from dozens of places and never had it be “chunky”. It was also separated into a “cap” and sweet milk, but the taro was so thick it was impossible to mix well.

This place is mid at best. The drinks aren’t that great. The boba is super soggy and tastes like it’s been sitting there for days. I’ve been several times and the staff isn’t very nice. They react as if you’re annoying them when you walk in. There aren’t very many options for Boba in this area unfortunately but I wouldn’t suggest this place as your first choice.
