It was my first time visiting this arena. I was here to see the presentation of 4 lines. The sound system was not good. Parking was free at the parking structure down the street. We were 45 minutes early. They would not let anyone in until 5:15. There was no one outside of the arena doors at this time. To kill some time, we decided to walk to the bookstore that we passed when we walked from the parking structure. We were only in the bookstore for 15 minutes. When we came back, there was a line from the door to the sidewalk. The entry was not organized they needed security outside the doors to keep people honest and in line. No baskets for your belongings going through the metal detectors. Other than that, the security was professional. We could not hear a word that anyone was saying the sound system was terrible. The Alpha line really gave the best presentation. -
Great place to see a game, but they changed the time of the game I bought tickets for, now I can’t go, and they won’t offer a refund or credit. Who can go to a 2:30 game on a Thursday? -
Attended my wife's graduation here...I love HBCU's yea the gym is dated but it's supposed to be...the AC will run you out of there!!! I never attended college but I love the atmosphere and the pride that everyone seem to have for NCCU -
Enjoyed a great game. Very welcoming environment. -
Attended our grand daughters graduation here. Not a huge gym. Seats were very close in rows, some kid kept kicking the back of my seat. All staff were friendly and ready to help with any questions you had. Large, clean bathrooms. Plenty of parking across the street in parking deck.
