It was my first time visiting this arena. I was here to see the presentation of 4 lines. The sound system was not good. Parking was free at the parking structure down the street. We were 45 minutes early. They would not let anyone in until 5:15. There was no one outside of the arena doors at this time. To kill some time, we decided to walk to the bookstore that we passed when we walked from the parking structure. We were only in the bookstore for 15 minutes. When we came back, there was a line from the door to the sidewalk. The entry was not organized they needed security outside the doors to keep people honest and in line. No baskets for your belongings going through the metal detectors. Other than that, the security was professional. We could not hear a word that anyone was saying the sound system was terrible. The Alpha line really gave the best presentation.
