This is my second time having a bad experience here. The first time I called corporate and they reached back out to me. I thought going forward my experience would be better. That manager Alba is rude and very unprofessional. If your not Spanish she acts like she doesn't have to provide you decent service. I work in the same shopping center and a few of my associates have had the same experience dealing with her. You walk in and she's right there and doesn't even acknowledge you. I wanted 5 minutes with not even a hello to have my order made wrong. I went back and she let the cashier deal with it like I wasn't worth her time. I will never spend another dollar there and the company should be ashamed for allowing customers to be treated like crap.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, and every time it’s the same disappointing experience.
When I order through DoorDash, the food always arrives cold. The burgers are consistently burnt and thrown together carelessly, like no one took even a second to check the quality. Fries are soggy, often spilled in the bag, and nothing is packed properly.
Every single time, they give me sweet tea with no ice, even when I request it. It’s warm and almost undrinkable. To make it worse, they constantly forget to include straws, napkins, or sauces. Basic stuff that should be automatic.
I’ve tried going in person to avoid the delivery mess, and it’s no better. The staff barely acknowledges customers. Communication is difficult, and it’s clear customer service is not a priority at this location. No one seems to care — it’s lazy service from start to finish.
This McDonald’s does not reflect the standard the brand used to be known for. Something needs to change — staffing, training, and quality control.

Went here because Google Maps said the dining room was open until 11. Arrived a few before 10, confirmed the sign on the door said the dining room was open until 11, and placed my order at 10:01. Before I'd even finished my meal, an employee asked me to leave because the dining room actually closed at 10 and I shouldn't be there anymore.
I left promptly, but confirmed on my way out that the sign still said the dining room was open until 11. Employee was unapologetic and uninterested in updating the sign.
I'm fine if a place wants to close early and asks me to accommodate the change. I'm less fine if they try to make me feel like I'm trespassing and should have known better, especially when it was their own posted hours that drew me there in the first place. -
We all know that mcdonald is pretty much an icon, but for me , they're food just doesn't quite taste the same. I've always loved the classic big mac in the quarter pounder , and of course , the chicken nuggets , you can't lose with. Affordability , I have to say their number one, anything Else I said they're pretty average. Keep loving it lol

Manager had a terrible attitude, I placed a mobile order and she asked what my code was so I pulled it up and showed her and she's " TELL ME I CANT READ " and then proceeded to shake her head angrily at me. Absolutely unprofessional.
