As you can see I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal and I have two bottom buns. This was a mobile order and it clearly stated no toy and a medium sweet tea. However I had a toy and they tried to give me a child’s drink. Reading is fundamental. 🥴🥴🥴

I will NEVER go there again I got breakfast and the bread was Hard as a rock and has browns hard as a rock.

I really like McDonald's but long story short their service is notoriously known for being bad and I don't think there workers are doing a good job. They constantly forget to put things in the bag, their ice cream machine isn't working a lot of the time, and their customers put the responsibility on us to make sure we have a good eating experience by making us check our bags because they don't complete our orders. They have these problems even on slow days, busy days, late at night, early in the morning, always. I want to give them a good review but even with being nice they're service is still mediocre at best and incompetent at worst. Even with being nice they're service is still bad varying on where you go.

I love McDonald’s. I’ve probably been to McDonald’s is 30 states. I’ve been to 100s of McDonald’s. I can definitely say this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. It sad how many times I’ve been there and each time, it’s worse than the last. I’m not kidding or exaggerating when I say the last 5 times or so, my order has been wrong each time. They don’t just forget things. Sometimes they add them. No joke. Tonight I ordered a medium size #1. When she brought the soda, she said sorry, it’s a large. When I opened the bag, there were two Big Macs. One without sauce. It truly is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!! HOW HARD IS IT TO READ AN ORDER AND TO BAG IT CORRECTLY?! Evidently it is almost impossible for the employees at this horribly serviced McDonald's! The staff is clueless and is constantly messing up my order. I do not recommend this terribly run McDonald's to anyone!! And if you ask why I went there again, it is in a convenient spot for me in the morning. And it doesn't matter, I am a PAYING customer and deserve to get what I ordered and PAID FOR!! Learn to read an order right!! It's not that hard!!
