All I have to say is Brittany provided some of the best deep tissue massage massages I’ve ever had. I only only request men because no one can get into my tissue as I have gotten very stiff after a hysterectomy in menopause. But she definitely loosened up my back.

I booked with Craig S for a 30 min stretch and 60min massage after running my first marathon a few days ago. To say he was incredible is an understatement! Listened to my needs and was so talented & took his time, being super thorough for all my sore spots. Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had! Highly recommend Craig S!

Tay provided the best massage I’ve ever had. She worked areas that have never been worked on by previous therapists and provided the most thorough massage I’ve ever had. Will be booking another session with her soon!

I have been a member since 2021 and visit the North Hills (my home location) , the Crabtree and 9th locations whenever I’m not on a schedule with a MT. My visit today was with Megan M. At the 9th Street location and it was phenomenal!!!!! Such a memorable experience. She listened to my needs and areas of concern and worked them right out. Ready to book my next massage with once her schedule is available. The flow, the pressure 10/10. I came in with rocks for shoulders and left with dinner rolls.

I’ll make this a balanced review. Patrick at the front desk is excellent. Brittany was great, she really relieved the stress I was holding in my shoulders and neck. Janel is also excellent, she is very thorough and intentional with her massage technique. That being said, the 9th street location is always cancelling my appointments (the time I arrive or immediately prior). It has happened on 3 separate occasions. I’m a single mom so I usually have to get childcare in order to have some type of self care. I’m regretting purchasing this membership.
