I booked with Craig S for a 30 min stretch and 60min massage after running my first marathon a few days ago. To say he was incredible is an understatement! Listened to my needs and was so talented & took his time, being super thorough for all my sore spots. Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had! Highly recommend Craig S!

I have been coming to Massage Envy for a couple of years now and have tried a few of the massage people there. Norma is my favorite so far and I have pretty much stayed with her since I have been coming. I told her that she has magical hands because I always feel so good after my massages. She can be a little chatty at times but overall she’s my go to person. I try to come once a month and I feel like I owe that to myself. Cuddos to Norma!!🥰

I received a massage from Brittany, who was able to adjust her pressure level to what I needed. She also made sure that I received my full table time, even though her previous client was running late and covered all areas I’d told her I needed focus on without rushing through any of them. Lastly, she let me get into a zone of relaxation so I could properly enjoy the massage (instead of talking to me and disrupting the flow)!

I came in with very tight shoulders and pain in my neck and shoulders from days of tension. Craig S massages my neck, shoulders and back for 45 min or so. It felt so much better when I left and this morning I was pain-free.

This was my first time at Massage Envy. Ceara was really amazing, and I would absolutely recommend her.
This review comes with a caveat. The manager (blonde, mid-40s) was honestly rather off-putting. After my session, she pulled me aside before check-out to push for a membership. I repeatedly told her that a membership was not in my budget, and she persisted. All I wanted to do was use my gift card and leave. The non-membership price for a 90-minute session is over $200, and in some ways, it felt like this woman was holding me hostage and aggressively telling me how much it would cost for me to return as a non-member. I don’t like feeling this way after having gotten a massage to destress.

Danny was absolutely amazing! I have had plenty of massages and he was the one person who understood the assignment! He didn’t waste any time with the initial meeting and when he asked about my preference of pressure- I said between firm and deep. He got just right. 10 out of 10. I was so sore from working out when I walked in and I got off the table feeling sooo good!! He was so sweet! The gentleman at the front desk was really kind too. I will be back 😊

I received an amazing massage from Ananda—highly recommend her for your next visit. Patrick at the front desk was warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable about all the great services Massage Envy has to offer.
The only issue I experienced was with the credit transfer process. This appointment was intended to be a birthday credit transfer. When scheduling, both I and the person gifting me the credit were told that the front desk would handle it on the day of my appointment. Unfortunately, I was charged the full amount because we were misinformed about how the process works.
While this doesn’t take away from the excellent service provided by Ananda and Patrick, I do believe Massage Envy as a company should ensure proper training so credit transfer procedures are explained and handled accurately in the future.
**update**
The location manager and staff acted quickly to correct the mistake and make it right. They provided a full refund for the transaction, honored the original credit transfer as intended, and even offered a complimentary massage. I truly appreciate their promptness and commitment to resolving the issue.

Tashana does the best facials. She’s super knowledgeable about the products she’s using and I always leave feeling so refreshed. I try and book Brittany for massages as she is able to pinpoint problem areas and work them out with gentle but firm pressure. Highly recommend both of them!

I have been going to Craig for over a year and he is the only therapist I will see anymore! I have suffered from chronic neck and back pain and he has been able to alleviate some of my major trigger points and reduce my pain significantly! Norma was very nice and personable. The massage was good but I felt she lingered too long on my head massage and not enough time on my neck, shoulders and back ( I should note that I requested head, neck and torso, no legs). I approved a glute massage and was thankful I did as it really helped with some pain I have been experiencing in my sacroiliac joint. The only other negative was she talked some during the massage and I prefer to zone out. Overall she did a good job.
