All I have to say is Brittany provided some of the best deep tissue massage massages I’ve ever had. I only only request men because no one can get into my tissue as I have gotten very stiff after a hysterectomy in menopause. But she definitely loosened up my back.

Tay is AMAZING! I booked a relief massage for a back issue and walked out better than I had in weeks. One massage with Tay had me joining the membership and booking 3 months out! I don’t usually spend money like that but I’ve now gone twice more in the last few weeks for the same issue and it’s one of the few things that’s helped. Tay also recommended a foam roller and specific exercises for my pain, which have been helping a lot as well. Staff is always friendly, the space is sooo relaxing, and I feel like the membership is worth what you get!

I had to remind the therapist a few times about increasing pressure. Additionally, she told me she’d start me face down, and I never switched positions to go on my back. I kept waiting and figured she would let me do it and then all of a sudden my session was over. So 90 minutes face down is way too much. My sinuses were pounding by the time I stood up.

On the positive side, she was very polite and thoughtful.

It’s been a little over 4 years since I’ve had a massage and she met all my needs .Also the guy Patrick at the front desk was amazing he hooked me up with a gift bag and good information Thank you so much ❤️ definitely gained a new member

I booked with Craig S for a 30 min stretch and 60min massage after running my first marathon a few days ago. To say he was incredible is an understatement! Listened to my needs and was so talented & took his time, being super thorough for all my sore spots. Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had! Highly recommend Craig S!
