I'm pretty sure that it was coming Labor Day week after families have to go home for kids' school - peaceful, laid-back, beautiful. RV camping water & electric hook-ups only. We brought our kayaks & bikes. Motor boats were here as well. The bathhouse was fairly clean and accessible. We look fwd to returning here.

Rustic typical State Park campground. Sites are large and easy to navigate with towed or class III or IV campers. Electric and water at most sites. No sewer but there is a dump station near the entrance. Nice and quiet, with occasional traffic noise from the bridge over the lake. Have yet to find the main office. Signage is minimal. Shower has no hot water as yet. No date posted as to when this blessed event may occur. Reservations were made online. Noone at the check on station but the gate was up and traffic flowed in without problems. Nice,relaxing two night getaway!

We love camping and fishing at Jordan lake. It's only 30 a night for tent camping. They have big public restrooms with showers. Lake / Beach areas to fish and swim. Very quiet. Definitely recommend

We camped in one of the group campsites, which are very large with a water spigot and large fire ring with benches around the firepit. There are a lot of sites with waterfront views, and all offer close access to the lake.

Beautiful lake and forested area. Easy parking. Unfortunately humans have trashed it. There was trash everywhere starting with the parking area to the little cove we kayaked out to. Humans suck.
