My wife and I stop by Jimmy John’s for the first time yesterday on Valentine’s Day during lunch. Let me say the bread was amazing the #9 what the manager suggested was on point The staff was very patient even though they seemed busy . Next time I’m trying toasted !! -
The manager, Jeremy, hung up on me twice as I was just trying to understand where my delivery was and why I was not notified about it.
This is not my first problem with delivery from this location. Unfortunately, it does not seem like it is getting better and the management at this location seems very problematic.
I do not recommend ordering delivery from this store -
Ordered a sandwich for delivery. Got it, not cut in half like the instructions detailed, no peppers instead of the extra peppers I ordered. They get it wrong so many times, it's rarer that they get it right for me. Pretty much done with JJs.

Service was ok but I wonder if the ppl who made my sandwich would appreciate getting the sandwich I got last night. Hardly any turkey and and brown lettuce. Kind of pathetic for almost ten dollars.

I ordered my food online, said I was paying cash. Order was 60.30, I had a $50 bill. They refused to take it, then they didn't write the names on the sandwiches, mind you I had 8 sandwiches. Manager was rude, it was pulling teeth to get the corporate number. I have ordered over $300 worth of food in the last 2 weeks. Shame on you. I will take my company lunches to another location or better yet another company.
