My wife and I stop by Jimmy John’s for the first time yesterday on Valentine’s Day during lunch. Let me say the bread was amazing the #9 what the manager suggested was on point The staff was very patient even though they seemed busy . Next time I’m trying toasted !!

Service was ok but I wonder if the ppl who made my sandwich would appreciate getting the sandwich I got last night. Hardly any turkey and and brown lettuce. Kind of pathetic for almost ten dollars.

oh my god the best.. my husband never thought he would find a bacon cheeseburger so good and I got the hotdogs which were amazing... service was great...I have to give a extra star because it was closing time and they gave us fish on the house...I recommend you try it yourself....

The older lady that works there always seems to have a sour attitude, the way she talks to you and the way she looks at ppl. Food is great other than that.

I love the sandwiches BUT not this location. There is always something wrong with my order or with the service. I’ll note my most recent visit. Ordered online for pick up, sat there for a while watching mobile orders get push out and I’m still waiting. I go up to ask after a good 15 minutes waiting in store to tell them I’m still waiting on my order. They go check on it and it’s just sitting there in a pile with other sandwiches and told me they would pack it. Why wasn’t it packed after they made it? Then it wasn’t cut and no napkins. Next time I’ll go across the street for a sandwich instead
