I recently moved to the Durham area. It was so nice checking my mail and receiving a card in the mail welcoming me to the area and providing me with a free meal. There was two gentleman and a lady working I didn’t get all their names but they were so kind and made me the best gluten free sub! They are having a fundraising event on 3/25 and I hope to attend. Thank you so so much!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jersey Mike’s location. During my visit, a manager identified as Dusty Elwood became unprofessional when I asked for clarification regarding pricing. Instead of providing an explanation, she threw my food, yelled at me to “get out,” and walked away from the interaction.
As a paying customer, I found this behavior completely unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when asking reasonable questions about pricing and their order. I have never experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional conduct from a manager at any restaurant.
I hope ownership and upper management take this matter seriously, as this type of behavior reflects poorly on the business and creates a hostile environment for customers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location until customer service standards are addressed. -
Elijah and Takeima were amazing. Elijah took my order and Takeima fulfilled it. Because it was a large order, Elijah helped bring my order to the car(it was a slow day so I cannot guarantee this grand gesture 🤣). I appreciated their professionalism the most as well as the cleanliness of the store.

Food wasn't bad. But they had a sign that says answer the question of the day and win a free lunch. So I asked what's the question of the day to win the lunch. The employee replied that there is none it's just a board they write the special on. I suggested they take it down if the can't honer it.

They have ESPN playing normally ... plus the food is consistently great! The #9 ... that's all you need to have to make lunchtime worthwhile ... with our without the bread. I take my trainees here and they love it. The #56 with chipotle mayo added is slammin' all day! 👍🏻
My three trainees said the subs were good there today.
The #9 Mike's Way is so good.
The ladies at this location hold it down!
