Parking was a little tighter than I'd prefer as I'm in an extended sprinter van. The was also about an hour wait to get in to my room due to a key machine issue. Apart from that it was a clean & comfy stay & the staff was fantastic! -
The highlight of this hotel is the workers. Very friendly and obviously worked hard to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the location. Breakfast was ok but very clean and the lady stayed on top of the whole thing both days we were there. Rooms were fine but clean again. Sign was hard to miss but location was good enough. -
The rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable and the service by all of the staff members was exceptional. I failed to get everyone's name but the morning of checkout I was particularly impressed by the lady on the front desk. Her name was Danielle. She was fabulous. Thanks for her and the rest of the staff for a wonderful stay. The have my strongest endorsement. -
During our recent stay at your hotel, my husband and I experienced one of the most disappointing and unprofessional hotel experiences we have ever encountered.
Upon arrival, we discovered that there was no hot water in our room. When we contacted hotel staff, we were simply told that it would “take a while” for warm water to reach the fourth floor. At no time were we offered an alternative room or any effort made to improve our comfort or overall experience.
The following morning, after requesting towels, we were instructed to come downstairs and retrieve them ourselves despite housekeeping actively being present on our floor. When I later asked Caroline at the front desk why guests were required to collect their own towels, her response was dismissive and unprofessional — stating, “I was the only one there, and he got his towels, didn’t he?” This interaction alone demonstrated a lack of basic customer service and respect toward guests.
After checkout, I spoke with the General Manager, who informed me that I would be refunded for the night due to the inconveniences we experienced. However, although the stay was booked with points, only half of the points were returned. When I called to follow up for clarification, the General Manager responded, “I didn’t know you were expecting to receive all of them, and I’m not going to argue with you,” and then proceeded to hang up the phone. This level of unprofessional communication and disregard for guest concerns is completely unacceptable.
As a loyal IHG member and an affiliate of the NAACP, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of courtesy, accountability, and resolution provided throughout this experience. What should have been a routine stay instead became frustrating, uncomfortable, and disrespectful from start to finish.
I am requesting that this matter be reviewed immediately and resolved appropriately. If a satisfactory resolution is not provided, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further and pursue additional actions through the appropriate channels.
I do not recommend thia hotels and they are an unprofessional amd poor representation of IHG hotels. -
excellent & convenient location. staff are friendly, helpful & diligent. place is clean & well maintained (4.5 out of 5). i am very happy to stay here-this is my 2nd stay and i enjoy its casual environment.
