Great service at check in. Clean and quiet rooms. The breakfast area was well stocked and plenty of good choices. The gym is OK, but the monitors do not work. My only real complaint is the charge for parking. It is a private parking company and not noted until you arrive. Protest when you check in.

Except for the large dead cockroach I discovered when I woke up, I found the Hampton Inn experience to be generally fine. Receptionists were friendly and helpful; breakfast was just fine; maids cleaned your room every other day or upon request. When I pointed out the roach, the maid helpfully kicked it into the hallway. I told the front desk about the roach, and the receptionist said someone would reach out. Didn't hear from anyone for the rest of my stay. Thankfully, I also didn't see anymore cockroaches. But when I checked out, I mentioned the cockroach again and the receptionist said they have had continuous problems with roaches. Still haven't heard from the manager, so I guess I'll just warn everyone to step lightly!

This was a horrible experience. The staff claimed the room wasn’t paid for despite having a receipt and charging my account claiming the reservation wasn’t showing up in the system. They still gave us hotel keys to check in only to make us leave randomly after authorizing charges multiple times. The staff at the front desk at night were extremely racist and unprofessional. One of the women whose a night auditor started yelling in the back and another employee at the front desk whose a women started yelling outside, saying she wishes only a certain type of people worked there and hates people of any other race. They started verbally attacking us and even resorted to calling the police when we literally did nothing wrong. They were actively using racial discrimination towards us when they don’t even know anything about our ethnic background and doing things against their own policy. They checked us in the room only to make us leave after unpacking half of our things knowing that we already paid and didn’t care. The room was also filthy with rust in the sink. I’ve never experienced such a disgusting and disappointing experience with unprofessional employees. The people they hire especially at night are incredibly awful to deal with. This is how customers were treated who have spent thousands of dollars at this hotel in the past. I’ll never be giving them my money again.

First off, they will give you parking tickets for parking in their parking lot?? They don’t give you any type of paper to put in your car to show that you STAY there. Second it took me over 40 mins to check in and was told the rooms had not been paid for (THEY HAD) after that I came back in with my luggage and was moved rooms? So I had to stand holding all my luggage for ten minutes while I was moved again. Third roaches in my room. That is all. No one from our company will ever be staying here again that is for
SURE.

What is up with the smell? Like I had to ask my son “do you smell that”?? Are they washing everything as far as bedding? I don’t know but for what you pay for this room there should be no foul odors. Nasty! 🤢🤮
