This premier property offers spacious two-room suites featuring separate living and sleeping areas. It also has rooms with fully equipped kitchens, complimentary high speed internet access (both wired and wireless), a fitness room, an outdoor pool, and a business center. A complimentary airport shuttle is also available
Located very close to what we needed. I did not see any stores close by but that is the area it is in. So you'll drive or Uber anywhere you need to go.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a little sparse but it served it's purpose.
The building is older with some cosmetic issues and a few details have been missed consistently in cleaning but common in hotels.

Very good location. The rooms are larger than most of other Homewood Suites that I have stayed. However, the fridge is small and there is hardy room between the microwave oven and the stove. It's really hard to make a good meal. If your room faces the west, there is a lot of heat gain. If your room faces east, it's really bright in the morning. There's a big fixed granite top table and plenty of space behind it around the cooking area. However, none of the cabinets and drawers are soft closed. I tend to slam them often since I am used to that. It's close to the highway with easy access. The room doesn't come with a desk or office chair.

The room layout was crazy. Doors opening into doors and had to shut your legs into the door to use the restroom. The shower curtain was way too small for the shower. But the shower pressure and head were quality. The service was pretty good and the people were knowledgeable. Breakfast was decent and on time.

Check in was fine. I could tell the front desk rep was new but she was very pleasant. But the morning rep, Shawanda (I think that's how you spell her name) was a little to irritated with me for whatever reason. I called the front desk but no one answered. I came down and she was on her personal cell. So I mentioned what I needed. I came down a second time asking if there was another location where the luggage carts would be located since there wasn't any at the front. She did assist me here. But the last time I went to the desk to check out she snapped at me for asking for a receipt. I did book through Priceline, however, I had checked in with dogs which I normally pay at the front desk so I should have received a receipt. I asked if I was charged for anything and she said no so I left it at that. I'm not complaining that I didn't get charged, because who doesn't want to save a few bucks but no need to snap at me when I'm asking for the receipt. That was uncalled for. She's the reason I'm giving the hotel a lower rating. It left me with such a negative feeling.

The rooms are a little old. Could use an update. But it has everything you need but the service from the employees really is top notch.

Knocking this place 2 stars. When someone books a particular Hilton brand they expect certain amenities. At Homewood Suites one expects a daily Happy Hour buffet. None offered here. Additionally at airport locations one expects constant airport shuttle service. Theirs starts at 9 in the morning....they might as well not even offer it! No more Pandemic / Covid excuses from businesses.

Traveling a lot for work, I get to compare many hotels and am always pleased with stays in any HGI property. This Hotel though, stands out as exceptional for the price and only scores slightly less than 5 stars for location as there are only two meal options withing walking distance, as none of the surrounding roads have sidewalks. I would like to give a special shout out to the guy who heads up the breakfast service who was outstanding for his cheerfulness and level of service.
