The hotel was fine. The location worked as it was close to the airport and other amenities. The sofa lost its structure so sitting on it you sank pretty far to the ground which was surprising. There was a lot of construction going on in the hotel. Loud sounds coming from adjacent rooms. The breakfast looked good but wasn't hot so it lost its luster.

Nice rooms. Comfortable and has a kitchen. The beds are comfortable, and the service is great. The only thing I didn't hear about is their housekeeping rules. Every other day. If you're there for an extended stay, ask about their housekeeping policy.

The bathtub was less than clean when we checked in! The rooms are dated and need to be updated! BUT! The hotel service was great. The breakfast was very good and the food selections were great!

Room was spacious and laid out nicely, everything looked great and was clean. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Location is excellent for easy access to I-40 and Cary/Morrisville areas.

4 stars for the front desk service - during my stay, check-in was easy but they could not offer late checkout (1st time this happened) nothing staff could do about it due to some event... Ms. Shonda or Wanda at the front desk was personable and very helpful before my flight.
3 stars for the rooms - they're very outdated and just aren't as clean looking as other locations. Not having clean, and updated rooms is enough for us not to come back.

The outside looks attractive, the lobby looks inviting, but the rooms are very outdated (even stains on the furniture). Read that they are in plans of renovation…. Regardless, I always have a great experience when staying in a Homewood hotel…

We visited with family while they were in town for a track meet from Maryland.
The hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent.

Rob Anderson was extremely kind and helped us out. We are thankful for the interactions we had with staff at this hotel. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. We would stay here again.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's incredibly beautiful and fancy. There was a duck-shaped towel for us by our sink! I would love to come back to stay at this hotel again if I ever pass through again.
