The staff members here are outstanding! Great attitudes, super helpful, willing to assist. I particularly remember Willie and Wanda from the front desk. They were impeccable!
But from a customer perspective, it was clear there may be issues at the management/ownership level. There weren’t enough supplies available for lodgers. I asked for simple things — extra towels & shower caps. These items mostly weren’t available. They gave me trash bags in exchange for the shower caps. The front desk staff did all they could to meet my needs with what they had on hand.
Most hotels will give a couple water bottles per day, specifically for Diamond members, this hotel has a cap of two bottles for the entire stay.
There was only one functioning elevator in the entire building, used by the staff and those who paid to stay there. So the elevator wreaked of smells from garbage carts, housekeeper supplies, smoke (from smokers), etc. It wasn’t the best at all.
I grew a bit impatient when I was denied late check out from the hotel, as this is a normal benefit for Hilton members. While the front desk staff did their best to accommodate me, it was evident that they were receiving direction that isn’t aligned with what I normally expect when I visit a Hilton property.
The entire staff — down to the janitor and the housekeeper and the maintenance man was respectful and helpful. It definitely was not a staff issue. It was a policy and supply issue.

Beautiful hotel! We are traveling to a new pcs station and stopped for the night. Everything was wonderful the only complaint I had was service wise. That's why I didn't give a 5 star rating. Me and my husband went down for breakfast. And when we were headed back to the room I asked the lady in the kitchen if I can have 3 muffins to take to my kids. She said you need to get them from over there. And points to the muffins and a line behind with people grabbing them. So there was only one left. Looked at me and said there's none left. Walked in the kitchen and saw all the muffins that I could clearly see. She grabbed my plate and gave them to me. I thought it was rude. We paid 230 dollars for a night and I can't even have some damn muffins for my kids who didn't even eat breakfast. They just wanted the muffins. Besides that great hotel. They just need to work on the kitchen lady's hospitality.

First time stopping by this hotel with my family. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were cleaned and spacious for our family. Love the kitchenette the room had( traveling with family it's worth it).
They offered breakfast but could do a little better to replenish the fruit basket they had for the days we were there no more fruits were added.
Other than that, I would recommend this hotel, especially traveling with family.

I drove down for an appointment with Duke in Morrisville, and this was nearby, a 5 minute drive away. I needed a walk-in shower, so chose an ADA room. Well, kudos to this nice hotel for all the features in the kitchen, doorways, bedroom closet, at the pool, and multiple grab bars and accessories in the bathroom for handicapped people! However, the shower is STILL INSIDE A BATHTUB, so know that in advance, and hopefully your disability can work with that. If not you'll have to book elsewhere. Also I was surprised that the shuttle service goes to Airport only, not to any medical facilities or nearby restaurants which would have helped me a lot. Still, it was fairly nice and welcoming, especially the comfy sitting areas outside and in. Probably could use a picnic table by the grilling area. Just might return here for next appointment, not sure.

The hotel was fine. The location worked as it was close to the airport and other amenities. The sofa lost its structure so sitting on it you sank pretty far to the ground which was surprising. There was a lot of construction going on in the hotel. Loud sounds coming from adjacent rooms. The breakfast looked good but wasn't hot so it lost its luster.

Nice rooms. Comfortable and has a kitchen. The beds are comfortable, and the service is great. The only thing I didn't hear about is their housekeeping rules. Every other day. If you're there for an extended stay, ask about their housekeeping policy.

The bathtub was less than clean when we checked in! The rooms are dated and need to be updated! BUT! The hotel service was great. The breakfast was very good and the food selections were great!

Room was spacious and laid out nicely, everything looked great and was clean. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Location is excellent for easy access to I-40 and Cary/Morrisville areas.
