Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. For starters, the front desk staff are less than welcoming. Upon arrival to the hotel, we opted for self check-in, meaning we could go to the room without checking in at the front desk. However, upon entry to the hotel, we were not greeted by the front desk associate. Approximately an hour and a half later, we left and returned, again not greeted by front desk personal. Later in the night we left to grab dinner and an associate was sitting there with some form of hair net and playing on her phone but again..did not greet us. About the room - pillows extremely flat, I could not sleep and my neck was hurting the next morning. I tried to stack two pillows which helped but not much. They provide a dishwasher pod for the dishwasher but no hand soap for the kitchen sink. The ice maker in the freezer does not make ice, must be there for decoration. The sanitizer in the elevator (both elevators), empty, must also be there for decoration. Lastly, on the morning of our check out day, we called to request a late check out. As a Hilton honors member, I was hoping this could be honored. However, the front desk staff member stated that we could not do a late check out due to being sold out for that day. My friend and I were considering staying another night (even with the issue we had), but simply chose not to after being denied an hour later check out. Hope they retain staff on customer service skills, replenish necessities and comfort items, and show Honors members more “perks”. Not a bad location. -
Very upset with our experience here. I ONLY stay at hiltons and have never had an issue. When we booked they knew we were traveling with toddlers. We were given a room with no bathtub. Only a shower. The shower was just a drain on the floor with tile flooring. Was extremely slippery, even for adults. When my husband and I used the shower the whole bathroom floor would be soaked all the way to the toilet. Anyways, we booked through Expedia, check out said 12 noon… check out was at 11 am. I called the front desk to confirm that after a house keeping women came into our room at 10:15 am while my family and I were inside the room. She didn’t knock or anything just totally walked in on us. I was extremely uncomfortable and standing there in my pajamas. When we expressed concerns with the front desk, she was extremely apologetic, offered us a bottle of wine but we don’t drink. The manager said they would add 20k points to our Hilton rewards. It has been two weeks now and they were never added to our account. Breakfast was mid for a Hilton. Our over all experience was really not great. I really hope they rectify the points situation. Having a house keeper in your room while your half dressed in pajamas is trying to get toddlers dressed is extremely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. I understand accidents happen, but they knew the room was occupied and she didnt even knock… -
Here I go again, talking about the breakfast at another Hilton hotel. You either serve pork sausage and Pulled pork. Or it’s pork sausage with pulled chicken for tacos. We do not eat tacos for breakfast. I was told by front desk I could request turkey sausage and then the workers in the breakfast area. Tell me I can’t. Then they tell me that they put some Turkey sausage and to cook for me I waited 15 minutes still nothing so I left so they lied to me about that. This is very poor service. I am a diamond reserve member which means it’s only April and I’ve spent over 80 nights in a Hilton Hotel. We still have the entire year to go which I plan to stay in Hilton but if you can’t even put a decent breakfast out, why should I. All of the other Hilton hotels that I stay in have way better breakfast.
Maybe it’s my personal preference, but if you have tacos on the menu for breakfast, why don’t you have another source of sausage whether it be chicken or turkey instead of pork. Not many people eat tacos for breakfast like I said the tacos are only for the employees . I will never stay at this Hilton hotel again. Rude employees. -
The staff are amazing and friendly. My room was large, clean and comfortable. Great channel selection. Close and convenient location. If I am ever in this area again I will definitely stay here. -
I like Hilton's Homewood Suites and I have to say that many. This is the latest I've stayed at Research Triangle Park after Florida State NC State football game. It was very close to the stadium and the rooms for nice roomy and clean. They include breakfast am beverages. We plan on staying there again next time. I highly recommend them
