Using sustainable farming practices, Heeks Farm grows fruits and vegetables for guests to buy or pick themselves. Here, you can pick strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, muscadines and elderberries. As far as vegetables go, Heeks Farm grows carrots, sugar snap peas, arugula, kale, basil and more. Almost all of their crops are available to pick yourself, but they will also occasionally have pre-picked baskets available.

Can't wait to go back! My wife and I went to go pick blackberries and blueberries. David is lovely (as is Chester). The blackberries may be the best I've had. It was such a fun experience and I always appreciate getting to see where my food comes from. The berries are definitely worth the drive! -
Some of the best strawberries I've ever eaten! I have picked berries here five times this season and it's always a great experience. David and Robin are friendly and the farm is beautiful. I especially love their dog, Chester. He will bring you his soccer ball to kick for him. Looking forward to picking blueberries when they're ready. -
Best strawberries ever. Sign up for David’s newsletter. Bought some zucchini and beets too. Yum. So nice to be there. We just wanted to stay and hang out with Chester the soccer dog. -
Absolutely amazing blackberries. Was able to pick a gallon in less than an hour and each one looked sweeter than the one before! You’d really be missing out if you didn’t come visit this farm. Can’t wait until the other berries are ripe! -
Beautiful space with delicious berries! We've had the strawberries and blackberries so far. Next up is getting some fresh cut flowers.
