In general, I really like this store. And I've always been a big Harris teeter fan. But I do find that sometimes it's difficult, to find things...
They're just not where you would expect them to be.
And sometimes they're very much obscured in the middle of other products.
The product placement is definitely one place where I think they could improve.
But that may be nitpicking. Because in general the stores are beautiful, very clean, very well stocked, and the staff are incredibly helpful.
I wish that they would patrol the aisles a little more frequently because sometimes when you can't find something you need somebody to help you. And I do find that oftentimes I have to go to the service desk to get somebody to help me.
But again, I give this four stars because I love this market, I just wish that they would pay attention to some of the finer details.
Oh and the prices are really good! -
This one goes out specifically, for the lady named Susan that works upfront alongside with the black female who is the person who assist with self check out in the cashiers. Do not eat from the store. They are purposely serving you dead vegetables, and food in the deli aisle on purpose. I single-handedly waited over 30 minutes for a sub and when it finally got to the point where they were making it all of my vegetables, including tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and banana peppers were all dead in the container that it was being held in. Did they care know did they change it out? No when I proceeded to let them know what was going on. They didn’t care at all nor did they want to take concern or at least change out the containers. Please do not eat from the store. Do not give them a dime cause people like Susan and that black female that works in the checkout cashier area do not care. -
Not a terrible experience. Expect a lot of sale items to be sold out, not one cashier two hours after opening so expect to bag your own groceries if you go early. Prices not too bad as long as you have a HT card. But if you have to bag your own groceries you might as well go to Aldi's which is close by and save some money. Also unnecessary armed security guard that seems to be busy chatting with employees. -
Came in looking for a quick meal — headed to the pizza counter first and was met with an attitude from the staff there, so I moved on. Got some food from the Asian bar instead, which was fine. Went to self-checkout, fat-fingered a code, and before I could even sort it out a cashier decided to dress me down over it like I was doing something wrong. I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude, left my food and drinks on the counter, and walked out without spending a dime. Two separate employees, two separate attitude problems in one visit. I've never had a store make me feel like a suspect for making a mistake at self-checkout. Won't be back. -
Good selection. Sale items are sold out kind of often. Staff is friendly. Parking is good and easy. Still a great place to shop, just wish sale items were always available.
