Always Friendly with excellent burgers. Definitely not your typical "Fast Food" burger joint. They take pride in their food and it shows!! We probably visit Freddy's 3-4 times a month. We'd probably go more often, but its a 40 minute ride for us.

They accidentally gave my frozen custards to the wrong person and somehow ended up with an extra one.
But I got free onion rings and a tea, and I had only paid for the sandwich even though I asked for a combo. The sandwich and onion rings were just okay—I'd give them 2⭐.
That said, the free stuff made the trip worth it. It seemed like the staff might’ve been having a rough day, and that’s okay.
The frozen shakes, though? 5⭐. I’ll definitely be back for those. This was my first visit, so maybe the mix-up was just a one-off.

Amazing food. I got a jalapeno double burger and it was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. My wife got the prime steak Burger and that one was even better than mine. Customer service was outstanding they helped fill the drinks and help carry the food out of the car and there was a small mistake and they were happy to fix it and didn't criticize or make me out to feel like I was trying to steal from them.
Alexis and Shimmy went above and beyond. This is my first time eating at Freddy's and it definitely will not be my last time. This place is slept on, don't go to McDonald's or Burger King when you can get this amazing food at the same price or cheaper.
Thank you guys.

Thanks again Alexis and Shimmy for providing what a shining example of customer service. If all employees were like this I don't see why they shouldn't be paid 20 an hour.

The burger and fries were amazing. The problem was that they were out of most of the sides. They had fries, no chips, no onion rings and no tots. Also most of the drinks were without syrup and they had no ketchup. I know places have off days but this was really off. Will try again. The food was great.

Gotta love this Freddie’s. Very friendly and prompt service. Went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Food came out hot and fresh. Freddie’s always hits and never misses. If you need a quick snack or some delicious custard, you gotta make a quick stop and hit the dining room.

*Update, March 20, 2025 — I’ve visited about 3 times since my original review and I love this Freddy’s location! 😊 Fresh food and great customer service for the most part! Love it!
First time trying Freddy’s and it was amazing! My husband and I ordered online and did pick up (through the drive thru, which I loved because we didn’t have to get out). 😅
I ordered the triple stack and it was so FRESH, reasonable size & one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, honestly! I couldn’t even eat it all in one sitting. Fries were pretty good, have to eat them immediately because they’ll get hard and aren’t as enjoyable; onion rings were good though & lastly, I created my own concrete (vanilla scoop and M&Ms and it was good too! Overall, I’ll give this location specifically a 9 out of 10 and that’s only because they forgot my fry sauce.
Definitely will be trying again!

I am currently in town at Home2Suites for a Business Trip with Bridgestone Retail Operations and wanted to get some dinner one night at a place close by so I did not have to drive. Ordered online from Freddys and walked inside to pick it up, I came a bit early so I had to wait, no worries. Upon picking up my food, I noticed I didn’t have the seasoning bottle I ordered. It was around 6$ so I was a bit upset. I asked the staff if maybe they had forgot it, and they informed me sadly they were out. I was disappointed at first, but then Mrs. Shenelle at the front counter told me to hold on and she will be right back. She came back with a HANDFUL, of seasoning packets! I was not expecting that, and that completely flipped my night around, completely not even upset about the missing seasoning Bottle anymore! I will be in town multiple times this year upcoming, and I definitely know where i will be coming back to when I’m in town! Always loved Freddy’s as the French Fries are unbeatable! But now I have a reason to come back even more! Thank you guys at Freddy’s, and thank you Mrs. Shenelle! God bless! And man was this food tasty!

So good for a great steak hamburger. You can compare it to a Southern Steak and Shake. Fries are great in the smoke sauce. We got two of the sauce bottles original and the smoked to take home. The California is spot on....

I really enjoyed my meal with my daughter. We were greeted by Tonique Williams. She is very proud of the company she represents. The way she took an interest in us as valued customers was heartwarming these days. We enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back again.

One of the best burgers in the area! Steak burger was outstanding and shoe string fries were crispy and loved the seasoning. Tonique waited on us and was personable and friendly. Will be back!

I was shocked at how good the burgers were. I was worried they were going to be overcooked, but when I fit into it, it was very different than anything I’ve ever had before. Maybe because it’s a steak burger. Also love the shoestring fries. Great place! And Tonique was an awesome server. Top-notch!

Walking thru the door I was impressed. I love the decor and christmas decoration. The people that waited on us were super friendly. No complaints on that end. My biggest complaint was with the food. My sandwich was ok, nothing special. I didn't care for the fries. Too small for my taste.

Good stuff BUT I was very disappointed to find they have discontinued Reese’s Pieces as a custard topping, but it is still on the menu and in the app. Misleading and I can no longer create my favorite combo - M&Ms just don’t hit the same.
