Hot dogs and onion rings. Dog great, cause was ok, no zip or zing. They didn’t offer slaw or onions but the toasted bun was fab. Onion rings very, very good. For a takeout we had a great lunch and it was more than enough food.

Just had the most pleasant visit today, the cashier was super polite (didn't get her name but the one with green hair). Very kind, helpful, and made sure I got everything I needed. The food was great and I had asked for a fry seasoning packet as I like my frys extra seasoned, and it tastes like they loaded up on the seasoning!

We visited Freddy's Frozen Custard close to Durham.NC via the drive thru window after discovering we could order a vanilla malt, a treat I've long savored.
WOW!
Smaller than anticipated/amazingly delicious on my palate, treasured sips of this malt en route thrilled me.
Allowing myself to embrace a shared malt felt fabulous!

They were absolutely amazing. My wife was craving late night custard.And even though we were pushing it before closing , they happily accommodated her and made her night. All with no attitude and smiles. Thank you.

The food was good, but they could clean the tables a little more often as it was a little hard to find one that was clean. None of them were horrendously dirty, but more than I would have liked to sit at. Overall a good experience.

I was in and out to get a $1.99 one scoop cone from App Rewards. There weren't many customers inside. Service was quick, but my order had to be moved to the other register for some reason. The ice cream was soft and seemed very short, not much custard above the cone.

Always Friendly with excellent burgers. Definitely not your typical "Fast Food" burger joint. They take pride in their food and it shows!! We probably visit Freddy's 3-4 times a month. We'd probably go more often, but its a 40 minute ride for us.

They accidentally gave my frozen custards to the wrong person and somehow ended up with an extra one.
But I got free onion rings and a tea, and I had only paid for the sandwich even though I asked for a combo. The sandwich and onion rings were just okay—I'd give them 2⭐.
That said, the free stuff made the trip worth it. It seemed like the staff might’ve been having a rough day, and that’s okay.
The frozen shakes, though? 5⭐. I’ll definitely be back for those. This was my first visit, so maybe the mix-up was just a one-off.

Amazing food. I got a jalapeno double burger and it was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. My wife got the prime steak Burger and that one was even better than mine. Customer service was outstanding they helped fill the drinks and help carry the food out of the car and there was a small mistake and they were happy to fix it and didn't criticize or make me out to feel like I was trying to steal from them.
Alexis and Shimmy went above and beyond. This is my first time eating at Freddy's and it definitely will not be my last time. This place is slept on, don't go to McDonald's or Burger King when you can get this amazing food at the same price or cheaper.

Thanks again Alexis and Shimmy for providing what a shining example of customer service. If all employees were like this I don't see why they shouldn't be paid 20 an hour.

The burger and fries were amazing. The problem was that they were out of most of the sides. They had fries, no chips, no onion rings and no tots. Also most of the drinks were without syrup and they had no ketchup. I know places have off days but this was really off. Will try again. The food was great.

Gotta love this Freddie’s. Very friendly and prompt service. Went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Food came out hot and fresh. Freddie’s always hits and never misses. If you need a quick snack or some delicious custard, you gotta make a quick stop and hit the dining room.
