This is such a great store! I've been inside Fillaree twice already, and they always seem to have what I need. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. And they're always looking to add new products to the shop.

Fillaree is the absolute best. I love being able to get soaps, laundry detergent, hygiene items, and even candles without having to dispose of any packaging! (You can bring back your empty Bright Black candles to them- it’s amazing!!) I have been on a journey to reduce as much waste as possible in my life and Fillaree has been crucial to me. Plus everything smells great and works great so the products are better than what you’d find at the store anyway. The staff is THE ABSOLUTE BEST, they are all so sweet, helpful, and lovely to talk to. I could sing this store’s praises all day!! I’m so glad we have a store like this in Durham!

Love the ability to refill any bottle, keeping them out of landfills, and taking home amazing smelling soaps. The folks here are so friendly and helpful. I also love the other local, woman, and Black owned business they collaborate with and sell their wares as well!

We LOVE this store! It’s such a relief to have somewhere that supports sustainability and is also really convenient. I get all our soaps and cleaning supplies here and it’s so affordable especially for eco conscious products. Plus the staff is super nice and they always remember my kid and are sweet to him. :)

I’ve been coming here for my soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion for so long I still have a Nalgene refill bottle! Great quality, smells amazing, doesn’t react with my sensitive skin, works great on both very dry and very oily hair. Wonderful staff too!

I am a huge Fillaree fan! It is a welcoming place not far from home, to get the best cleaning materials that matter. It matters to me to support a local, women ran business with a focus on refilling/reusing, to save the planet. Everytime I go there I feel at home. Their products are the absolute best! The soaps smell so good and I feel safe using them because I know they are made with care.I love Fillaree!!!

This store is my epicenter of joy and happiness here in Durham, NC. The refill program is amazing. I purchase my dish soap, hand soap, and general purpose cleaning supplies here. Just learned today that they refill Lo and Behold products. Definitely going to start using those products again. The face serum is my favorite. It protects you from all things, even pollen. Trust me on this.
I love their earrings and hair clip selections. Even my hairdresser asked where I bought my cute earrings. And you know they are particular…
I also use the refill program to send my friend in Trent Woods, NC a gift anytime she sends her bag in the box refill Lemongrass Hand soap back. It’s great so if I forget to order her flowers on her birthday, she has a gift multiple times year round from me. Everything she washes her hands at home she knows I am with her in spirit.
Sincerely please check out this gorgeous store front, the ladies who work there are magnificent and magnetic, so you will leave in a better mood. This place is absolutely one of my favorite places to shop in Durham. So many amazing local products with clean ingredients and plastic container free! The staff is so lovely and knowledgeable about what they have to offer. I started with just shampoo and conditioner, and now I’ve built up to hand soaps, laundry detergent, dish soap, deodorant, facial toner, and lotion. Such a cool concept and I love having a clear conscious about where I’m spending my money.
