Crafts and Drafts centers attention more on the crafts and activities than on the bar atmosphere but offers a full beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverage menu for guests to enjoy. While crafting is not required for all patrons, there are DIY projects and kits available to suit lots of interests and experience levels. Themed nights attract like-minded folks for interest-based projects, couples’ nights and many others while projects range from painting to woodworking, glass etching, cross stitching, terrariums and more. Kids are welcome with a parent, but the space is primarily designed for adults.

A great way to spend time with friends or by yourself; the crafts are simple enough to get started, but the wide collection of items to make your art unique are what makes it fun. The beer selection (including seltzers and NA options) is wide enough for most tastes as well. The staff is great at providing all the help you might need.

Absolutely love going to Crafts & Drafts. They for sure have the best beer selection in North Durham. Great spot to grab a beer and THE SPOT to go crafting when you grab a beer. All their crafting options are adorable, and there’s even an amazing tater tot food truck in their parking lot a few nights a week. Nothing but good things to say.

The service and aesthetic of this place was PHENOMENAL!! The drinks were great, the terrarium I build was super cute, everyone I was with had a great time. I will definitely be coming back and this is for sure a must see.

Great staff, great drink options, and helpful one on one assistance with learning the crafts! The space was open, the areas were organized, and we had several projects to choose from ranging from painting, etching, or wood burning. We even brought a project to do, which was fine, as well! It was a very fun birthday afternoon activity for 40 somethings and the staff were accommodating to our requests (one friend had an emergency and couldn't make it.). Despite the distance (we live south of Raleigh), it was definitely worth the trip and we'll come back again!
