The personalized notes brought me so much joy and affirmed my confidence in the EVS customer service. These people genuinely care about spreading the good word of amplified instruments. I just ordered new strings (got my electric violin secondhand). In spite of being a small purchase, they took time to understand what I needed and I received excellent and detailed advice. their people really know their products! The pricing wasn't quite as low as some other places but the expertise was very much worth the extra few dollars. Arrived in Wisconsin very promptly (ordered Monday, arrived Wednesday). Highly recommended!
