Now this is a simple, no frills, no thrills kind of restaurant. I like it. I has a simple menu and has cheap prices.
This was my first time trying the restaurant in general and first time at this location. I originally wanted to try the American Classic Burger (looked at the menu online) but this location doesn't serve burgers. So I got the Tailwagger combo. It comes with two hot dogs (all beef dogs are $1 more), medium order of crinkle cut fries, and a medium drink. Not a bad deal plus you can choose what toppings you want it. I kept it simple and just did ketchup and my husband did chili and cheese. The customer service was great and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. -
I come here a few times a week. This crew always delivers excellence! Consistent great taste, great value, best dogs in durham and easily the best Dog House around. Keep up the amazing works guys!

It's a novel place you walk up to. Outside seating but in the middle of summer it's too hot. We ended up eating in our car. Friendly customer service. They had cute names for the dogs but hey are very small, nothing fancy. The chili and cheese tasted like they are from a can. It's a one and done for us.

While exploring NC it was fun to stumble across the Dog House. The dogs were smaller in size but you can’t beat the price. We had the Tailwagger Combo with Hound Dogs. Fries were crispy and dogs were delicious. Great spot for quick bite at a good price.

While exploring NC it was great to have an opportunity to try the dog house. The dogs were smaller in size like any other, but each cost about $3. Not bad and just good for a quick bite.
