Service:
Evening check in was seamless, took less than 5 minutes. Front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. Check out key drop was also very easy
Room:
Double queen room was very spacious and clean. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable and everyone in our party had a great night's sleep. No noise from hallways or street noticeable at all. Bathroom was clean and shower water pressure was excellent.
Location:
Conveniently located right off the highway so easy access to a lot of good food options! We actually ended up eating at the restaurant attached to the hotel, Tony Roma's, which had some delicious food and options for the meat-free members of our party!

The hotel is very nice, the rooms were great. And the service as I was checking out was excellent, completely what I expect of Marriott properties. However, I arrived for check in after hours (11:30pm), and unfortunately the experience was less than hospitable.
The Delta hotels have offerings and features unique to this line, but I was unaware of these features and offerings until the next morning as I was leaving.
A simple "is this your first time staying with us?" At check in, would have been an easy way to alleviate this miss.
The morning staff did everything in their power to make up for the night service, but the initial welcome was unfortunately what set the tone.

Easy off/on route 40. Nice new hotel and very clean. Like the spaciousness of the rooms. Beds and linens are new and fresh. Floors are not carpet so also clean and modern. Scent of the bathroom amenities is nice and higher quality ingredients. Bed is quiet - doesn’t creak when you move. Didn’t mind the louder HVAC but the short curtains allow light into the room so it never gets totally dark. Would 100% stay here again on the way to/from OBX from ATL. Check in was a little slow. Didn’t acknowledge my Marriott status. At check out, front desk ladies were talking to each other and ignored me standing there so I checked out in the app instead of interacting. Noticed most of the staff speak Spanish to each other (and guests when applicable). Free hot chocolate bar / hot water station in lobby. Serve Starbucks drinks.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! This hotel hit right in so many ways. I arrived late from a delayed flight to be greeted by the most pleasant, efficient, professional l, and genuinely great human. (I think her name was Jullissa) She proves that a good stay STARRS with the person. She was awesome.
The room, bed, Hotel overall was clean convenient and super comfortable.
Please stop in here when u can and remind yourself how a hotel night sat SHOULD be like. Stay great DELTA.

The hotel was close to my conference within a 2 mile walking distance. The food at the restaurant onsite was good. The waitress was attentive and my order came out quickly.
JoJo is a rockstar. She made sure that I arrived at my other festivities in a timely manner. I appreciated the staff and service. I plan to stay at Delta when I return to Durham.

The shower faucet was old and dated for such a nice bathroom. It was difficult to read the hot/cold setting and the water temperature fluctuated easily to very hot and unsafe. The shower head didn't offer optional settings. No cold water from the sink faucet. The in-room USB port didn't work. Many hotels offer real coffee creamer in their rooms. Way too much use of deodorizer and especially in the work out area! It's highly toxic to have to breathe that smelly stuff in when breathing deep from a workout. Please stop using that nasty stuff!

Had to change hotels last minute and tried this new brand. I had excellent service and a great room. Heidy was very accommodating after a long car ride. I was super impressed by the service and the pantry for elite members was a nice benefit! Grateful I found this hotel.

Rooms are nice. Staff provides bare minimum service - you get checked in and that's it. There was no explanation of the property amenities. Don't expect to be greeted coming or going. I reported a leak under my sink in my room night one, and by check out the morning after night two, it was still leaking.

This has become my primary hotel when I travel to Durham on business. The rooms are large, beautifully designed, and well appointed. They have more bathroom counter and storage space than any hotel I’ve ever visited. The staff is friendly and professional. There’s an onsite Restaurant and the food is delicious. Ample parking and nice amenities. The room and all spaces were clean, and housekeeping comes daily. The beds are comfortable. It’s a short five minute drive from the work location that I visit, and there are plenty of dining options in the area. Overall, a great experience.

This hotel was clean and beautiful. The front desk was amazing for both check in/out. Camilla was super helpful as we arrived very late in the night and her customer service was impeccable. The only negatives are that the location is slightly remote from the highway and the queen beds are full size queens. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel for all parties - single, couple and family. All races and genders seemed welcomed 😊

I absolutely love staying here and I hope it never goes downhill. I will never stop booking here. The morning of checking out we found out of flight was delayed and they allowed us to stay an extra hour. They are always so accommodating and welcomes my necessities. However, I was saddened that I didn’t see the African American male front desk that is usually so kind and welcoming.

We had a good experience here. Due to our Ambassador Elite status, we were automatically upgraded to a suite prior to checking in. The hotel was very clean and close to RDU airport with a shuttle service as well. We were offered 1000 points vs $10 food and bev credit on check in. The suite was on the 5th floor and was spacious with a large living room and 2nd TV, and a small balcony. There is free parking for the guests. Breakfast was not included, although they have a 24 hour "Pantry" that offers light snacks, cereals, milk, juices, water and coffee. Overall, a very comfortable stay and will definitely come back again!

In town for one night in January 2025 and stayed here. We had a late check in without any issues. Macy at the front desk was Excellent!! My only complaint was that the large bath towel to dry yourself was flimsy and the shower could have had better water pressure. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

The bed was clean but the bathroom vanity wasn't and there are some design choices that are just bad. The shower had no door or curtain but the bathroom did not have a exhaust fan so it was both cold and wayy too steamy. The room curtains let lots of light in so you have to be an early riser and there is very little sound proofing in the walls and ceiling so you can hear all your neighbors. Not worth the price.

People either seem to like or dislike the hard floors. I loved them. Dark wood style, see photo. The room felt so much cleaner than carpets. The room was well finished and the bathroom was also finished to a very high standard with a large walk in shower and walk length mirror. Practical and functional. Large screen flat TV. Alarm clock. Plenty of USB and power outlets at the desk and at the bedside. I stayed in a double queen room and preferred the space and being able to use the second bed to put things on. Mini fridge you can use to keep drinks for etc. Safe. Iron and board. Plenty of hangers in a wardrobe. Nice entry way that includes water jugs and ice bucket and anything else you might need. Water station on each floor by the lift. This is a well thought out and planned hotel that has been refit recently. Highly recommend. The breakfast omelette and oatmeal in the hotel lobby were very good. The fantastic Tony Roma restaurant is also accessible via the hotel lobby. Very convenient and excellent food for lunch and dinner.
I slept very well 4 out of 5 nights. Very comfortable bed, no noise in the hotel at all. On the 5th night there was a lot of noise and shouting next door and opening and closing doors for hours 1030pm-2am. I won't deduct a star for that though. This was not the hotel fault though, and I think I this can happen in any hotel. Overall the clientele were business folk and the hotel was quiet and very pleasant. I would stay again certainly. Very convenient for airport and RTP.

Loved this hotel ! CLEAN , nice & comfortable & it was convenient. The Tony Romas attached was EVERYTHING, we had dinner plans elsewhere but ended up eating there twice , ribs were phenomenal burger was one of the best I’ve had in a while. Thennn the cafe in the morning was such a surprise k don’t read food reviews about the cafe. But they hadn’t had an updated review on it. They offer cooked to order food ! And it’s delicious the pancakes taste like funnel cakes with whipped cream and fruit , ugh to die for the sausage was good. The Starbucks was so good I got two. We ate breakfast there twice ! I got the French toast the second time also delicious ! Everyone was nice it was in a convenient location. Will stay here EVERY-TIME IM IN DURHAM. Oh and the shower took a little while to get hot. But when it did baby that water was hotter then the devils toenails lol and I loved it !! lol

A very beautiful hotel overall but the caulking in my bathroom was horrible. It needs to be redone. I believe it's a fairly new hotel in RTP so it is an excellent location that should attract many visitors. The check in and out process could also be improved as staff seemed very new also.

This place was lovely. My boss and I were staying here while training for Tony Romas. The convenience of the restaurant in the hotel midlife much easier. The Starbucks in the lobby with the icing on the cake. Staff was super friendly and housekeeping kept my room nice and tidy for the week we were there. I really like this property.
