Worst experience I’ve had at cookout .
Window operator handed me a fountain drink that had a puncher at the bottom of the cup and the soda completely soaked my cup holder and is now damaged. The buttons to my vehicle are now stuck because of the soda spill and I’m frustrated. I asked the manager to help clean up the damages but they refused to send help. She also refused to refund me for my money. I will no longer be a customer at any cookout due to this horrible customer experience -
It was my first time trying Cook Out, and honestly the experience was disappointing.
The food was very average. But the main issue was the service. I simply asked if I could order coffee, and instead of answering normally, the staff member responded rudely, like, “Seriously, coffee?” When I said it was just a simple question and they could simply say yes or no, I was told, “You can read the menu.”
Of course I can read the menu, but there was nothing wrong with asking a basic question. As a first-time customer, I should not be expected to already know whether coffee is served or not.
Overall, the staff felt unfriendly and rude. -
First time trying cookout. Was excited to see all the fuss. I had heard to always check the bag at this location before leaving, which I did. Didn't realize that I should've actually opened every single item also. They completely messed up my burger order and forgot to make it cookout style, leaving me with a really dry tasting burger. Also, be weary that the side orders are really small, especially the cheese bites.

As i was eating my french fries somthing cut my mouth and i spit it out and There was some type of small piece of metal on my fries please be careful my toddler couldve been eating those fries this is unacceptable.

Seriously I was extremely hungry last night and decided I wanted some cookout I was so ready for my tenders and fries, but instead I received food that was old. My french fries were hard and mine. Chicken tenders were like rubber or some of them were just very hard like they have been sitting under the lamp for too long or maybe over fried. It was really horrible. I can’t even believe this was the food that was served to us. I have taken photos below when you go here at night time you never know what you’re gonna get. I was very very disappointed and also the young lady at the window when I asked for a straw and some napkins and I wanted to buy some extra cups of sauce for my tenders. She just threw them in the bag I didn’t really understand. I was holding a $20 bill out the window so I could pay for more sauce overall it wasn’t really a good experience. I hope to have many more much better coming back to this location because this is in my overall neighborhood and community. I hate to have to do this, but take a look at the photos below. I was extremely disappointed.😔
