Overview
Clouds was originally conceived as a "German-inspired, American-made" brewery. Now, with a second full-service restaurant in Durham's Brightleaf Square, it offers beers in far-ranging styles. Enjoy the people-watching on the patio out front or settle in for a game near one of the many TVs inside the taproom.

Fantastic place. Plenty of indoor table seating and a huge bar with seating also. Clouds Brewing in Durham offers a huge selection of craft beers, including their own and guest taps, The German-inspired menu, arcade games, and patio make it an excellent spot in Brightleaf Square. -
Returned here one year after my first date with my boyfriend and got stopped by the owner (or manager) saying they were closed after hosting a private event. My boyfriend explained why we were there and he ended up letting us come in for a drink while they were closing down! I appreciate the gesture and the service! Good date spot in Durham -
Xavier was great! I’ve only been to the Raleigh location, but I’m glad that I came here because they actually have a food menu and many options for seating and great party space with arcade games and Photo Booth! Plus, a great outdoor seating and great prices for shots ;)
PS sorry my camera is damaged :/ -
Been here several times. Always a lot of fun. Great outdoor seating and plenty of room inside. Last time I was here we had a party of 20 people. The service was great! The food was very good as well. I had the dirty heaven sandwich and it was great! Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and beer. Also tried the buffalo dip which was good but the portion was a little on the smaller side. They have their own beers, which are good, but also carry other brands. -
I tried to buy a gift card online for my brother in law who just moved to the area for his birthday. The card never arrived. I called and spoke to multiple managers who gave me the runaround, 'someone will call you back' 'the owner shipped them and they were returned' 'are they willing to come pick it up'... it's been over a month and the card still has not arrived. My sister and her husband used to go there but are so turned off by this experience that they have lost a customer in them. Not sure how they run an establishment if they can't even get a $50 gift card in the mail.
