Hamilton Hill was wonderful to work with! They helped my Fiance and I create a custom wedding ring for him, and it turned out beautiful! The selection in their store is a mix of timeless and innovative, offering such unique pieces! My engagement ring is also from HH and I couldn’t be happier with it. Their staff is also incredible and will accommodate anything within their power. When my ring needed to be resized, I brought it in and picked it up the next day. The process was so easy! Overall I’m very happy with my Hamilton Hill experience. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

My fiancé and I recently had a custom engagement ring designed at Hamilton Hill, using his grandmother’s original stones but in a new setting. Everyone at Hamilton Hill was so welcoming and kind, it was truly a joy to work with them! Especially sitting down with goldsmith Ken, he made our exact dreams come true with this ring as initially we weren’t sure if all the stones could be incorporated but he made it happen. We are thrilled with the result, and they made sure the ring was perfect, including resizing it as necessary. They were accommodating at every step. I would recommend walking in and talking to them if you are local and looking for a ring or a custom piece!

I have been to Hamilton Hill Jewelry several times for jewelry repairs and they have done an excellent job each time. In the past I tried a couple other jewelry repair stores but the necklaces ended up breaking again in the same places -- I have never had this problem with Hamilton Hill repairs. I've had several repaired necklaces for a few years now and they are still looking great. Their jewelry selection is also beautiful and everyone I have interacted with has been very nice.

I cannot recommend Hamilton Hill enough for all of your jewelry needs! My fiancé and I initially came in to have my engagement ring re-sized - Hamilton Hill did a beautiful job. Even though the engagement ring was purchased from another jeweler, they were more than happy to help us at an amazing price. We ended up falling in love with a wedding band at the store, and are proud Hamilton Hill customers.
We worked with Lilla for both the resizing and wedding band purchasing process and she is absolutely fantastic. My fiancé and I did not know much about the different metal options for bands, and Lilla kindly walked us through all of our options. She took the time to really get to know us, and picked out the perfect wedding band for us on the first try. I have never been to a jeweler where everyone is as kind and helpful as Hamilton Hill. I’ve always been a fan of Antonio Bernardo jewelry and it’s hard to find in the US and Sarah and Hamilton Hill have the best selection of any shop I’ve seen! I loved a piece that ended up being sold before I could purchase it and Sarah and her team were so helpful in coordinating with the designer in Brazil to be able to get it for me as a special order. Although it took a while to arrive from Brazil, they were so great in keeping me posted on the status and made sure that it arrived just in time for me to take on vacation! 10/10 experience working with Kai and the rest of the team at Hamilton Hill! Kai helped me pick out my wife’s engagement ring as well as our wedding bands. Additionally, when I recently lost my wedding band, she helped us replace the ring in an stress-free and timely manner. Kai is patient, kind, and the entire team at HH is extremely knowledgeable. My partner and I are so pleased with our experience shopping for and buying our wedding rings at Hamilton Hill. Sarah is so knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect rings. We visited multiple times to consider options and be re-sized, and she and the staff were so patient and helpful throughout. This is the first stop my fiancée and I made to look at engagement rings. We were both so overwhelmed with the process until we stepped into the door at Hamilton Hill. Sarah helped us pick out the most perfect rings that matched each other perfectly. The entire team here is absolutely amazing. I took my wife to do some "looking around" before Christmas. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Hamilton Hill. Sara Hill took us through their beautiful collection and my wife fell in love with a few pieces. As a husband, I appreciate those who treat my wife with such kindness as I saw today.
