worst Chipotle I’ve ever had. I got an online order with the steak, brown rice, bean, salsa, fajita, corn, sour cream, lettuce and cheese. The food came with no bean no corn no fajita, basically just rice and meat and lettuce, something is wrong this place. I got less than minimum for this $12+ order, unacceptable.

Poor food quality! Meat and beans looked old and dry. The only meat that wa in juice (barbaco) had no flavor at all. Staff and management was unaccomodating when I asked for a substitution of plain onions instead for the salsa mixed with onions. I know they can do this because another location did it for me. I wish Chipotle served individual veggies instead of mix ups with onions. It would make the food so much better. Not going back. It was really a waste of time and money

Hey corporate: This is the nastiest restaurant I've been in this year. Dirty silverware station, sneezeguards, doorglass, floors, etc. ALL AT 10:55 AM!
No greeting, all employees eating in dining room. Waited a minute before girl even looked at me. No pride or manners here AT ALL

Dear God send the DM to this unit and train these folks. Worst Chipotle of the year so far. I eat 4-6 times a week avg, This store is so far off consistency wise, It's like the dang lid came of the salt shaker on EVERYTHING it's too salty! EVERY TIME! Steak, chicken, all of it. Rice is clumpy. Steak was black as tar like it was leftover from last night. Please retrain this crew!!!! I don't want any free food, just the same food from store to store. This is the 3rd location I will never return to. Thank God I found culvers so I have a new choice. Y'all are going downhill. Awful...good Lord!

One of the servers attitude was horrible with another employee. He was yelling at him. And then when it came to me ordering my food and telling him what I wanted he had an attitude even though I said thank you to him after every time he put something in my bowl. Then when it came for me to pay he said something to the cashier in another language which I’m sure I got charged a different price. The place is ran by teenagers and they definitely need to do better. My food wasn’t good at all. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

This Chipotle is not making any effort to keep the area where customers eat clean. The floors and tables were so dirty. There was a live cockroach just hanging out by the edge of the room. Eating in that environment did not make us want to go back anytime soon.
