I came alone with my kids and my baby had an accident. Staff were so helpful and friendly with helping me and my kids with our food and everything. Small indoor playground for my toddler was perfect.

Excellent experience while visiting this location. The staff was welcoming and patient and our orders were correct. Both meals came out hot and were equally delicious. I would visit this location again.

I am new to the area of Durham and I decided that I wanted Chick Fil A for dinner! Manager Helena and Team Member Calissa showed me amazing service! They made me feel welcome inside of the establishment. I will be retuning to this Chick Fil A whenever I’m in town! Great Job Leonardo CFA! You have amazing evening shift team members!

Hey good evening, THE FOOD WAS RAW, UNDERCOOKED AND NOT EDIBLE, the fries were soggy not even soft. The drink was flat and the service was slow and horrible, please steer out this location, they look like good employees but they don’t care about “customer service”

One of my best experiences at any restaurant. Very friendly staff, quick to take care of issues, and timely service.
James was incredibly helpful and nice to deal with. He could be seen literally running multiple times from inside to outside to assist in different areas of the restaurant while still taking new customers in the front register. If he isn’t a manager it seems as he should be soon. I only wish we lived closer to come by more often for the service.
