Have been to California Pizza kitchen multiple times. I noticed food quality keeps going down. Our initial visits were amazing and got really good pizza. Our latest dinner was meh. Hot bread and olive oil was probably the best part. Chicken in the dumplings tasted like frozen dumplings reheated and served. Pizzas were overcooked and they were hard as cardboard. Staff were very courteous. I don’t think we will be going back to this restaurant or this chain again. Not worth the time and money.

Ate here for a late lunch with my husband. Service was good, fast and friendly. The dynamite shrimp appetizer is one of our favorite dishes. We both had the pizza and soup lunch combination. Pizzas had great flavors. The tortilla soup was okay, but not our favorite. CPK is a sentimental restaurant for us, and we’ve never had a disappointing meal here.

This is our go-to place for pizza whenever we visit Southpoint. The quality of food and service is top-notch. Last evening, Darice attended to us, providing very prompt service. The food was excellent as usual. We ordered the Spicy Chipotle Chicken Pizza and Creamy Tomato Bisque Soup. Darice was kind enough to allow us to sample their butter cake, which was super yummy. Everything we needed for a cold holiday night.

The service and the experience, the cleanliness, and looks are a 5 star experience without an argument. The pizza crust is good, however the flavors are not there, is almost as if it's made for hypertension prevention ;-) and maybe that is not bad for many customers who rated it top pizza in the area. I am sorry but it could be better particularly given that a personal pizza is 17 bucks, when I buy a pizza for that price I expect for it to taste better than a chain pizza place.
The salad was great, out of the 4 pizzas the Thai one was the best and that is because the Peanut flavor is just great. -
Great food always. Especially the fusion of flavors in everything they serve. You must try the street style corn and the chicken dumplings.
For service it can be tricky if you’re dining in over the weekend. Otherwise it’s a best place. I have been to their different locations but this particular place is amazing.
