Nice mall location with plenty accessories and gift ideas available. Would like to see development of the offerings. Saw none of the requisite Arturo Fuentes and few Gurkha options... but market dictates. Cool spot though.

Awesome selection and always a friendly and helpful person working the desk. Whatever you want to spend you will get great value for your $$, even the cheapo cigars are very fresh. Will always choose these guys over large corporate online stores.

Still a bit pricey considering the location it's understandable. The Humidor was not well stocked but the pipe selection was better than others I have been too. The person working was a lot more engaging and friendly than my previous visit. When they restock the humidor it will be a great place to stop in.

I do not smoke cigars but I went here in hopes of getting a gift for a friend who was getting into cigars more. The proprietor/owner was friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through the differences in several different items and cigars. Was very appreciative of the service provided.

Had a bad experience.
EDIT: Want to give more detail. I asked if I can get gift wrapping and they said yes. During checkout they handed me two Ziploc plastic bags for $200+ of purchase. I made the mistake of not saying anything.
A few minutes later, I found better gift options nearby and tried to return these -- they refused. (Sure, they have a sign that says all sales are final but they also said they can do gift wrapping.)
