Cafe Meridian had been my go-to for lunch in RTP for years! It changed ownership years ago, but unlike some places that go downhill when that happens Cafe Meridian got even better. The food is fresh with a lot of great sides to go with your protein selection. The menu changes with a few staples, such as the salmon (my favorite and somehow cooked perfectly almost 100% of the time). Their sides are healthy with a great mix of greens and proteins, beets, cooked and cold veggies. The prices are great, especially for fresh, flavorful, filling meals!

An absolutely charming and delicious place to eat!! All of the servers are kind and the food is prepared quickly. I recommend trying every type of pasta salad they have - it’s delicious!

Go there for lunch regularly. The taco bowls are amazing but they have a great selection of food outside of those. I've had several great dishes here.

Such a beautiful place, I’ve been having lunch here for quite some time. You can’t go wrong with whatever you choose to get, everything I had here was delicious. Very welcoming staff and nice setup. What’s so amazing is their top quality Food that will not hurt your wallet

This place is going to get sick of seeing me. I really like this place! It has become my favorite lunch spot. The food is delicious and great quality. The service is always great and friendly. It is always very clean and has a great seating area (outside seating too!).

For me, Thursday is The day to come here. I Love their chicken burrito. It comes with one side. I always choose the corn and black bean salad and have it put on top. It just works!
The burrito itself has melted cheese on top and is stuffed with shredded chicken. You can add burrito sauce, pico, and a delicious creamy chipolte sauce, which I get extra of. It looks like a mess, but it's fantastic.
The crew is nice, it's very clean inside, and they have a little patio area of season my outside. I just wish they were open on Saturday, but they mainly feed the RTP lunch crowd.

I have been coming here on and off since I was a tween and the food has always been consistently good. When I started my job after graduating from school I came back to get the pesto chicken sandwich and it was just as good as I remembered, if not better. Food good enough to make a grown man cry.
Good pricing and the service is always incredibly friendly. So good I don't mind the 30 minute drive.
