BK just lost me as a customer. I used to go there specifically for that hot, flame-broiled flavor, but last 2 orders, latest tonight’s burger was a massive disappointment. Instead of a fresh, grilled patty, I was served a cold, rubbery, gray piece of meat that tasted like it had been steamed in a plastic holding bin for hours. To make matters worse, the burger completely lacked any visible grill marks, making it clear that quality control has gone out the window or they specialize in steamed burgers now. If you are going to base your entire brand on being "flame-broiled," you need to actually deliver a hot, charred burger—not a lukewarm, soggy mess.
Char broiled was only reason I'd drive out of my way to Burger King. Never again. -
Linda the manager was so great and she was so attentive. I was in the drive through and she helped me right away and I couldn’t have asked for better service . My mom wanted extra onions and she delivered! Best manager ever there at this location

Hair on burger! It Appears that someone deliberately broke it off and tossed pieces on there! I found one long piece just laid on the bread and thought it was mines until I saw this! Disgusting!!!

Absolutely the best food I’ve ever gotten from a Burger King like fries were Fresh the burger was fresh. The people were so polite especially Christian and I did not get the gentleman’s name who handed me my food but definitely. He made sure that I got extra ketchup or any other condiments that I needed by far. I will drive hours to come to this Burger King before I think about going to another Burger King greatest food and experience I’ve ever had at Burger King

Let's talk about it:
> Food - my last 3-4 visits, the food was mediocre to inedible.
- Let's start at the top.
The bun, had a stiff, stale texture. Similar to when you leave the bread out to long or it's old.
The burger, resting on the stiff bun, was nothing exciting, and definitely not that flame grill flavor from back in the day. (I'd hit the drive thru after school, double cheese, fries, and drink. That burger was juicy, flavorful, and delicious. That burger and these burgers, you'd swear the name on the building was different.
The fries, cold.
The Orange Creamsicle Dreamsicle, wrong, a nightmare. It had the same characteristics as a melted slushy at the corner store, but worse, add was a dollop of an unknown white substance, and a ½ cup of Orange pop rocks thrown on top, at least I think that's what they identify as. Just gross.

- my last 3-4 trips. I've had to wait in line for far to long.
- my trip tonight. 4-5 cars left the drive thru because of the long wait. They didn't greet me or apologize for the delay. I had $40 worth of food from a different restaurant for other family members.
You might be thinking, maybe they were busy. Nope, not true. They had 1, maybe 2 people inside and 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru. I sat in line 18-20 mins. I saw at least 3 individuals working the counter and window, but they were so busy competing to be the world's slowest human being, they couldn't find an ounce of energy to care about doing a good job.
I'll be skipping Burger King for awhile, at least this location.
