Came in around 11:30 pm and ordered a fish sandwich. It was soggy with grease and was inedible. i went back to get a refund on my meal and the girl at the window was super sweet and tried to be helpful but the other guy who i assume was cooking took it personal and tried to say "well duh its cooked in grease, it looked fine" then tried to tell me he couldn't refund it but the girl told him yes he can and tried to explain. He then fussed at her in front of us and finally gave us the refund. We tried to even apologize for being a hassle and he said we should "be happy we got our money back" day shift is great but I do not recommend after 8pm

I was treated so kindly by my cashier, Aquarius. She repeated my order back to me since, I was a little confused ordering; when I got my dinner it was so fresh. Good atmosphere, talented staff, and a delicious meal.

The newly updated Whopper is delicious. Presentation 10/10. Solid BK location, friendly service. The BK app makes ordering a breeze.

The amazing lady that works the drive-thru named Aquarius is absolutely AMAZING! Let me tell you, home girl customer service skills are absolutely TOP TIER, she always has a smile on her face, friendly and no matter how many cars are n that drive thru she’s always friendly, smiling, happy and gonna try to upscale u a frosty, cookie, pie or something lol 😂……long story short, basically, Good customer service is so hard to find and I always try to acknowledge it when I see it……and like I said, her people skills are amazing and I hope she’s getting the recognition she deserves while working there……Aquarius! Girl stay amazing

The restroom wasn't very clean and the toilet didn't flush well. The women behind the counter were more interested in talking amongst themselves and it seemed to me the burgers were smaller than usual.
