Been coming here for about 8 years now, I honestly can't remember how it was the first time my parents brought me here but it's impossible to remember because visiting it now just brings keeps getting better and better.
I would 100% recommend trying to get a milkshake and just putting in different flavors, one I found that worked well was the 3 scoops of chocolate and 2 scoops of the Coffee Chocolate chip, it's a very sweet flavor that just gives that kick at 2:00 in the afternoon.

Very good ice cream. We got the half price banana split available on Thursdays. Staff is very helpful. Cheerful ambience.

Always a fun time. Delicious treats and seasonal treats as well!!! Love the variety and all the creation options they offer! They even have something for vegans and sugar free options!!!

We went to the Durham location on Renaissance Parkway recently. We were greeted by two pleasant & enthusiastic young women. We began talking to them and found they are studying in an early college program. They were both so bright and engaging I told them we would be contacting their manager/owner.
Jade & Leah are exactly the employees I would want in any business I owned.
The owner of this ice cream store is fortunate to have them. They are both excellent examples of awesome employees but more importantly, they are both bright lights for the future.

During the recent PJ Day event, the service team was significantly understaffed with only two employees handling a long line. Although the staff remained friendly and professional under pressure, my chocolate raspberry cone was served completely melted mush. It was clear the team needed managerial assistance to handle the volume and ensure product quality. Very unprofessional.
