I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Brueggers on Ninth Street in Durham - especially Tamika! I order bagels for 300 employees at least once each month. The employees at this Brueggers location show me - every month - that they appreciate and value our business. They have the food prepared on time and it is always delicious. They jump in and help me carry out boxes and boxes of bagels and load them in my vehicle all the while being friendly and professional. Tamika even offered to deliver to us (out of the store’s delivery range). I called her at 7:30am yesterday after cutting my hand and asked if she would deliver my order as I wouldn’t be able to pick up for our morning company meeting. She jumped on the opportunity to help me and saved the day! She handed off the Delivery to my Facilities Manager about 45 minutes later and then called me to confirm all was handled.
What a great customer service experience! Over and over every month - then Tamika took it to a whole new level! Brueggers, your Ninth Street employees rock!!! Thank you all!!! -
Great experience and delicious food! Ordered two bagels and a caramel cream cold brew. The bagels were amazing, especially the sausage, egg, and cheese on an asiago parmesan bagel. I was worried the cold brew would be too strong, but it was perfect! Sweet and creamy but still tasted like cold brew! Order was ready quickly and was easy to pick up. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back!

Was visiting Carolina and was recommended this place and i was not disappointed! Service was fast, Alexus kindly showed me through some of the menu items (My choice being the farmhouse) and the vibe of the store felt like a library coffee shop. 10/10 would recommend if visiting the state

I’ve been getting bagels here for 20 years and today they had my car towed from the lot and I had to pay $150 to get it dropped because and I quote: I “didn’t come in there first” before I went in the store right beside them for a few minutes.
What a way to treat loyal customers. Sad. Needless to say I won’t be going back. -
Being mine and my girlfriends first time at a Brueggers I would highly recommend this place!
The young woman I believe named Alex was very nice and helpful with her customer service and both the everything bagels we had were both the best we’d ever tasted!
