I love Books Among Friends and supporting the local library system. I recently became a member and can say thay each shopping experience I've had (2 in person thus far) has been pleasant and I've found great books on each trip.

Run by friends of the library of Durham county. Drop offs are Tuesday and Saturday 12:00 to 3:00 pickups for online orders or by scheduled appointment you have to see the website to decide how that works

Stumbled on this online bookstore supporting Durham County libraries. A wide selection of books, at great prices!
Doors are sometimes locked, but there are folks inside during pick-up hours to help you out. -
Love, love getting books/CDs/games here. Typically online or via library pop-up. Got a rare peek inside during their spring sale. Definitely recommend!

Dropped off a bunch of books, got a donation receipt, quick and easy. The gentleman taking book donations was very helpful.
