The young lady taking my order was great, she had a welcoming tone to her, however, the only reason I am rating this so low is because of the service at the window. The young guy that took my phone to tap to pay took a while, so my phone locked. He asked if I could type in the code again… no problem, however, instead of waiting for me to reset the phone, he goes back inside to continue being a part of a group discuss his co-workers were having. So I am hanging my phone out of the window for him and he was not paying attention. So I had to call for his attention to grab the phone because if he waited any longer it would have locked again. He grabs the phone, and completes my payment. He brings me back my phone along with my food and just walks away without any acknowledgment me. What prompted me to write this review was the fact that I asked for Zax Sauce but instead I was given Ranch. The young lady verified that I wanted Zax Sauce twice and still received the wrong sauce. I went to look for the receipt so I can call back up there but there was no receipt in my bag either. I will acknowledge that I could have checked the bag before I left to ensure I had everything, but this experience wasn’t what I was expecting and honestly not thrilled about going back.

This Zaxby’s is hands down one of the best locations I’ve visited. The food is always fresh, hot, and made exactly right. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. The employees are consistently friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience. You can tell they take pride in their work and in keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great food and even better service!

Zaxby has the most delicious foods especially salads. Everyone so friendly and work so swift. Thank you for such a great eating place. I love Zaxby and I have been telling those who has not been to Zaxby yet.

They were truly amazing, even though they were about to close they still took my order and everything was amazing!! I ordered the loaded fries and it was top notch especially for my first time trying them, thank you to Daija the girl who took my order and made my frozen strawberry lemonade, it was delicious. I will definitely be coming back!!

Joseph C is the man. He always makes sure we are taken care of when we come in to eat. Someone in management please give that man a raise. He is the reason we keep coming back to eat!
