When is this place going to get it together already? I ordered via the app ahead of time... A pretty easy order.
But they missed a couple of items so back in the drive through line I go to get ranch and a basket of bread.
Not to mention the last couple of times I've ordered inside and it's taken 20 minutes to get my food. Like how is fried, already made food slow???
If they're understaffed then management should be ashamed of themselves. Regardless, management needs to be better because something simply isn't working. -
Wildly unprofessional. I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes for them to tell me they couldn't make my order after they told me to pull forward right away. The lobby was closed as well, so it took them that long for that simple conclusion with only one other person in front of me.

I’ve ordered here recently a few times and my order is always messed up! I’m not sure if the workers know that they’re giving their customers high blood pressure!! Way too much seasoning on the fries. They’re never fresh either! I used to love zaxbys but this place has gone downhill!! I’ve ordered in person and on doordash I’m definitely done eating here!

I keep thinking it will be "better the next time", but sadly, I've been disappointed each time I've gone to this particular restaurant. This time I ordered through the app (bad idea for this location) and I was really excited to try a new menu item, but of course when I arrived they didn't have the item I ordered and paid for. 😔 This has happened to me at least three times before. I did get some fries, but many pieces were burnt and they tasted fishy 🤢. Overall, not a pleasant experience for dinner.

demanded my man to come inside next time cause he placed an order online and put “drive thru” but she told him to come inside next time. it’s not what she said but they way she said it. very rude. he clearly put the “drive thru” option. and not to mention the food took forever to come out. she said “they forgot about you” lmao very unprofessional and rude. ohhh and not to mention, they forgot his drink. do better ;)
