West Virginian here who comes to Durham frequently and love trying new spots. Soooo grateful to my aesthetician for recommending this place. Absolutely delicious authentic Jamaican food and very friendly staff. The rice and peas were so on point!!

Angie’s Jamaican Grill LLC is one of the best Jamaican food spots we’ve visited. We ordered the large oxtail with rice and peas and mac and cheese, the curry goat with rice and peas and steamed cabbage, and the jerk chicken with baked mac and cheese and cabbage. Every dish was packed with flavor.
The portion sizes are huge, so be ready for leftovers. What impressed us most was the consistency in seasoning and flavor across every dish. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and authentic.
We happened to get the last of the curry goat, which had a lot of bones, but it was still absolutely delicious. They even gave us extra curry chicken because they felt the goat portion wasn’t fully up to their standard. That level of customer service and integrity says a lot about this place.
If you’re looking for authentic Jamaican food, generous portions, and amazing flavor, Angie’s Jamaican Grill LLC is definitely worth the trip.

So so so good!!! Second pic is now as I write this. So much food. Spicy and seasoned excellent!!! Eating my leftovers and just as good as it was fresh! I got the jerk wings, mac and cheese, and yellow rice with oxtail gravy. 10000/10 would recommend!

Today was my first time trying Angie's Jamaican Grill, I ordered Jerk BBQ ribs, cabbage, and rice, all 3 came out good! Something I would order again. I'll have to try other stuff on their menu.

The food was too expensive for the amount that you get.
The staff was somewhat friendly, but not all of the staff. They only had plastic forks to eat with no knives. No spoons, no ice machines. They ran out of hot sauce while we were there. And a lot of items on the menu weren't available.
