I went to Bojangles - 1712 Miami Blvd and ordered a Bo Berry Biscuit, but it didn’t have any icing on it. The icing is literally part of what makes it a Bo Berry Biscuit, so getting it without icing was really disappointing. I paid for the full item and didn’t receive it the way it’s supposed to be made. I’m honestly very frustrated because that’s the main reason I ordered it. (This was morning shift) -
I visited Bojangles expecting nothing more than decent customer service, and unfortunately, this was one of the most disrespectful experiences I’ve had at a drive-thru in a long time.
I placed TWO separate orders at the speaker. Simple. When I got to the window, the cashier had combined the orders together. Mistakes happen — that part alone was not the issue. The problem started when I politely explained that I had asked for two separate orders, and the cashier (a young red dreadhead) immediately caught an attitude. Instead of simply correcting the mistake professionally, she became visibly irritated and had to call a manager to separate the orders.
While we were waiting for the manager, the cashier openly complained to her coworker about having to fix the order — right in front of our faces. Not quietly. Not professionally. Loud enough for us to clearly hear and see the frustration, disrespect, and annoyance all over their faces.
I explained the situation to the manager (a short lady, who appeared to be Asian with black hair), hoping she would actually address the behavior, but all I got was a quick “I apologize, I’ll handle it,” before she casually walked off as if none of it mattered. Clearly nothing was handled because another employee joined in, and the three of them continued discussing the situation while staring and making us feel completely unwelcome… all because THEY entered the order wrong.
At that point, I was beyond frustrated and asked for a refund instead. The manager returned looking irritated herself, refunded the money, took the food back, and walked away without any real concern for the customer experience.
What bothered me most was not the order mistake; it was the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect. No customer should feel mocked, discussed, or made uncomfortable over a simple correction to an order THEY messed up.
Thankfully, growth is real, because years ago I probably would’ve reacted very differently to being disrespected like that. I chose to walk away instead. But one thing is certain: this location never has to worry about getting another dollar from me again.
People spend their hard-earned money expecting basic courtesy. That experience was unacceptable from start to finish. -
Normally this location is pretty decent and I don't have any complaints but today they gave me the worst fries I've ever gotten from a Bojangles. They felt and tasted like they were re-fried and they were covered in oil and did not have any seasoning on them at all. I'll try the location again since they're typically good but if they're going to start doing stuff like this I won't be back -
I ordered breakfast on occasions from this location and I wish the biscuits were made fresh daily. The biscuits are hard and taste like it's over a day old. The prices have increase too. I'm not interested in going back. Sheetz value breakfast taste fresher than this site. -
I just want to start off by saying, I’m highly upset with my Bojangles experience today. I opened the box and I started digging into my food. I started up with my fries, dipped and honey mustard then I went on to move to the chicken nice and juicy wonderful. But then I go to my biscuit and I noticed that it’s the white thing on the back and I was trying to ignore it, but I was like what could that be when I pulled it out it was a white circle part of a lid something that you will see on a bottle or a jug. I had to throw away my biscuit because of that. I don’t know how I got in my biscuit, but I am very upset and disappointed. I’m not sure what you guys are doing. Most likely we’re playing around and not paying attention whoever was in that kitchen or was responsible for the biscuits this weekend or today and that was no that wasn’t OK that’s why my rating is a one because that was horrible. What are y’all doing? Won’t be going to this location anymore!! 😤😡
