CHICKEN WAS RAW INSIDE, PLEASE BE AWARE. When we called to report this, the manager Jason seemed apologetic about the issue but when we came up there, the only compensation that was taken was our money back. They didn't seem apologetic at all or interested to assure us that it would not happen again to us or other people. It seemed like they didn't take this seriously like it's not the only time that this has happened. You CANNOT serve raw chicken, salmonella is real. We had a total of 2 boxes and 6 Supremes and they all were raw. Looked cooked from the outside but completely raw in the inside. I accidently took a bite out of one and spit it out. I will be reporting this to the health department.

Visiting North Carolina and it happens to be in the middle of their ice storm. Almost everything was entirely closed but Bojangles was open and the staff was there and friendly like it was a warm sunny day as they served me food for 13 people. Thank you all for showing up and feeding us with a smile!!

I ordered a combo Nov 18, 2025 with a Dr Pepper to drink. After finishing my drink I opened the cup and realized there were black specs in the bottom of my cup. Looks like mold or dirt from a dirty drink/ice dispenser. They may not be cleaning things properly. Beware.

I ordered door dash to my job , it was almost Ana hour late and cold and dropped off at the wrong location then after hunting it down I opened it up to find hair in my fries and on top of my biscuit absolutely unacceptable and all I got was a credit for another door dash purchase , I called to let the establishment know that they should wear hair nets and I was assured they do and that the person answering the phone lacked it their selves like that mattered to me,, either way it goes I’m unsatisfied with the hair in my food .

My visit was today on May 21st around 2 pm. I've never had to repeat my order in a drive through line so many times for me to get up to the window and they still had it wrong. Spent 5 mins going back and forth and finally got sandwiches (still not what I ordered) and only one of my 2 drinks (both the wrong size). It probably would have helped if everyone wasn't stoned out of there minds. You could smell it when they opened the drive through window.
