Julian, Zykeria and Ravon were incredible in their service helping so many people who were here over the last 4 days for the Marcus Anderson Jazz and Coffee escape. I really want to thank them for all of their help and support and continual smiles. It was not easy, but they showed great patience and professionalism. Also the food, drinks and atmosphere were top Notch. Thanks again for everything.

Nice atmosphere for a lunch or dinner at Hilton Durham Bluestone Grille. I had the flatbread tomato basil and Mac n cheese. Food is exceptional. They also have a Starbucks until lunch hour and breakfast buffet.

Had the best wings- I've been to Anchor Bar, Duff's, Danny's (by Buffalo airport), Lew's in VA and the Bluestone has it down pat! Order the 10 spice wings (must have) and if you have room: 2 meats brisket and chicken. Had to ask for a side of the 10 spice for the chicken because it is so good! The Brussels sprouts are fantastic. The mac & cheese is good, but I'm partial to mine. Would definetly recommend. BTW- Julian is a great server and very attentive to everyone in the restaurant! When back in the area will specifically come by here for the wings and service!

Recently moved into the neighborhood and stopped by the Bluestone Grille. Convenient location, lovely atmosphere, and GREAT service. We sat at the bar for dinner and drinks and Ravon was fantastic! Nice selection of adult bevy’s and the food menu deliver wonderfully — we had spatchcock chicken and brisket with greens and Brussels. Delicious! Whether you are a local or here for business this is a location to add to your list. Thank you, Hilton, Bluestone Grille, and Ravon. We will be back!

Extended stay due to a random winter weather event. Julian and Darion were at the bar all three evenings. Great food and service. As a frequent traveler I can assure people that not all hotel restaurants are the best . This one is an exception.

So, I hate to give this place 3 stars. We were on our way home from High Point, NC. We googled restaurants on our way home and Bluestone came up. We knew it was in a hotel, but we have done hotel restaurants before and they were actually restaurants. This place was smack in the middle of the lobby. it was very small. The bartender, was the only one there and he was running everything. He was doing his very best and working very hard, but he had no help. Menu was extremely limited. The tomato salad said it was served on greens, so I thought it was a salad, it wasn't. it was just tomato and cheese, on barely a piece of lettuce. Food was mediocre. Our motto is , you don't know if you try. We did, and will not go back.

In town for the NC AT vs NC Central football game and wanted a good meal. I opted for the Bluestone Grill across the street from my hotel. Let me tell you., we had the the best time and service. Ravon was our server was first class. He made our experience one to remember. Love the food and friendly professionals service. Always asl for Ravon at the Bluestone Grill in the Hilton in Durhan, NC

Ravon was a great server! Polite, kind and professional! We had such a long day and we came back late to the hotel, I’m sure he was ready to end his shift, but he sat us and served us like we were his 1st customer. Thank you for being so nice !
