Excellent space for any event or occasion, spacious main area, tables and chairs included full kitchen, his & hers restrooms, free wheelchair friendly parking & excellent service!

They say first impression is a lasting impression. The price was just right and Mr. Spaulding was the kindest man, after we took care of business we talked for over an hour... good conversation‼️

The size and space was just what I needed for my daughter's "52nd" surprise birthday celebration. She loss her husband the year before, in 2020 and going thru a rough period. We had ample time to decorate. The amenities were a plus, full day rental, ample time and space, plenty of parking, lockable doors, full kitchen w/ice machine, microwave, use of dishrags/tea towels, paper goods, male/female bathrooms👍🏽.

Looking forward to renting it for future events. 😀 ❤️👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Great people who are involved in our community. Scholarships for college and a charter for Boy Scout Troop 402. The building does need some TLC. So before renting it out you might want to look first.
