They say first impression is a lasting impression. The price was just right and Mr. Spaulding was the kindest man, after we took care of business we talked for over an hour... good conversation‼️ The size and space was just what I needed for my daughter's "52nd" surprise birthday celebration. She loss her husband the year before, in 2020 and going thru a rough period. We had ample time to decorate. The amenities were a plus, full day rental, ample time and space, plenty of parking, lockable doors, full kitchen w/ice machine, microwave, use of dishrags/tea towels, paper goods, male/female bathrooms👍🏽.
