Just left this McDonald’s, was the most worst service I’ve had in a long time. I ordered at the drive-thru, in my order I had a caramel frappe, So when I approached the window to pick up my food The frappe wasn’t ready so they told me to pull up to drive-thru number two waiting area, So I asked before I pulled up could I order another hash brown and they told me I had to go through the drive-through again to order a hash brown instead of ordering it at the window which I know that could be done, you do not have to go back through to add to your order. Then I waited 10 minutes in my car for my frappe so I went inside and my frappe was just sitting on the counter being ignored. I’ve pictured my melted frappe a melted mess. An employee did apologize, but didn’t offer to make a new one and I understand mistakes can be made, but at least correct your mistake. But they made another mistake by giving me one hash brown when I ordered two and I had to remind them that I ordered two hashbrowns. Absolutely the worst. -
They are terrible I spent $30 and I ordered the Big Mac meal deal with two Big Macs two fries and 20pc nuggets first to say my Big Macs had no cheese sauce everywhere and I only received 12 nuggets! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WHEN I COME HERE EVERYTIME WONT BE COMING BACK UNLESS I GET A FULL REFUND CASH AT THAT! Gave some of the nuggets to my son cause he was hungry and I’m too tired to come back! I tried calling like 9 times no one answered -
This morning’s experience at this McDonald’s drive-thru was extremely frustrating and poorly handled.
I ordered a coffee and two plain McGriddles — no fillings, just the pancake bread. At the window, I was instructed to pull forward and park to wait for my order. I questioned this, since it was only coffee and bread, but was told that I still needed to wait. Several cars had already been pulled ahead, and I was directed to an unmarked spot that could easily be overlooked. I instead parked near the front of the building alongside the other waiting vehicles.
After waiting more than 20 minutes, I noticed that other customers who had been pulled forward before me were going inside to ask for their food. At that point, I became concerned that my order had been forgotten, so I went inside to check.
When I explained the situation at the counter, I was asked for a receipt. I explained that I had been sent forward through the drive-thru and did not have it on me. The drive-thru employee then came inside, looked at me, and stated that she had never seen me before and that no help could be given without a receipt. This interaction was dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational.
I went back to my car, retrieved the receipt, returned inside, and presented it. Only then was my order acknowledged and completed. At no point was there an apology or an attempt to resolve the situation professionally.
I understand that drive-thru staff see many customers and that mistakes happen, especially during busy periods. However, it is unreasonable that a simple order took this long, required me to come inside to resolve, and resulted in an argument rather than a straightforward correction.
This is the first time I’ve had an experience this poor at a McDonald’s, which is why I felt compelled to leave this review. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this location — and if you are asked to pull forward, be prepared to actively follow up on your order. -
The food was good, but not hot. I'm not acustumed to using the kiosk to order my meal. I asked for help. My meal was not complete. I left without it being completed. $19.67 was not acceptable for a Double Fish sandwich, medium sized fries, and a medium drink. But it was clean. The meal took 15 minutes. Only 2 customers in the establishment. -
Very clean and good service. The fountain drinks need carbonation, and they quickly changed it out.
