Just left this McDonald’s, was the most worst service I’ve had in a long time. I ordered at the drive-thru, in my order I had a caramel frappe, So when I approached the window to pick up my food The frappe wasn’t ready so they told me to pull up to drive-thru number two waiting area, So I asked before I pulled up could I order another hash brown and they told me I had to go through the drive-through again to order a hash brown instead of ordering it at the window which I know that could be done, you do not have to go back through to add to your order. Then I waited 10 minutes in my car for my frappe so I went inside and my frappe was just sitting on the counter being ignored. I’ve pictured my melted frappe a melted mess. An employee did apologize, but didn’t offer to make a new one and I understand mistakes can be made, but at least correct your mistake. But they made another mistake by giving me one hash brown when I ordered two and I had to remind them that I ordered two hashbrowns. Absolutely the worst.

They are terrible I spent $30 and I ordered the Big Mac meal deal with two Big Macs two fries and 20pc nuggets first to say my Big Macs had no cheese sauce everywhere and I only received 12 nuggets! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WHEN I COME HERE EVERYTIME WONT BE COMING BACK UNLESS I GET A FULL REFUND CASH AT THAT! Gave some of the nuggets to my son cause he was hungry and I’m too tired to come back! I tried calling like 9 times no one answered

I understand that employees may be following what they were told, but nowhere in McDonald’s policy does it say toys cannot be exchanged. When families spend money specifically because their child is excited about collecting a certain toy, refusing to swap a duplicate for one you already have available feels unnecessary and frustrating.
Part of the fun of Happy Meals is the excitement kids have over the toys. A little flexibility and customer service would go a long way. -
Go to any other McDonalds in the area. this one jacks up all the prices the most of any McDonalds I've ever seen, Its crazy expensive. They mess up and forget to give me things I order every single time I go there, and they are not friendly or helpful, or willing to solve problems for you. I regret going to this location every time.

I had a really disappointing experience. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple coffee, which is unacceptable. During that time, I had to keep repeating myself and reminding staff that I had already placed my order. It felt like no one was paying attention or taking it seriously.What made it worse was that the manager, Juan, didn’t seem concerned at all. I was clearly standing there waiting for a long time, yet there was no sense of urgency, no apology, and no effort to fix the situation.
I understand places can get busy, but completely ignoring a customer for that long, especially for something as basic as a coffee, is not okay.
