Daniel and Hailey were amazing at the bowling alley today. We had a great time and were able to enjoy our games without any issues. Would highly recommend anyone coming in, especially on slower afternoons like today. Everything was clean and there was plenty of hand sanitizer to use as you please. Awesome customer service!

This place is truly amazing and has some of the best employees I've ever seen. Recent reviews of a bartender have been absolutely wrong and corporate has refused to do anything about these false reviews. She balances out cleaning dishes, tending to customers as well as being friendly to them. Her face was posted in all of these reviews without consent by the same group of people multiple times after that group was denied alcohol they did not pay for. CCTV footage was checked, payment logs were checked, and nothing came up. These folks were simply trying to get free drinks through false claims and decided to harass a top tier employee over the course of a month plus. The posts have been reported multiple times by multiple people and still nothing has been done about it. Nothing has been taken down. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE FALSE REVIEWS!!! Truly a great place to bowl, get a drink, get some food and spend an evening with some friends, family, or a loved one

Had a good time today Daniel took very good care of my family. Also had some food and not going to lie the food was really good. The Chef Ken did an amazing job. Definitely was worth the visit. These two gentlemen are very polite and friendly (Definitely a vibe)Two thumbs up to them.

Had a great time at this place first time I’ve bowled in years Daniel was very helpful on helping me find the lightest ball for my son and gave me some good advice on how to go about joining a league thanks again and you will see me more often.

Beer prices are pretty high. $5.87 for a miller lite bottle.

It's okay. Many of the arcade games were acting up. The lanes quit working on us a couple times. Food and drinks are expensive. However, front desk clerk was kind and the bowling was fun.

Great place to hang on a Sunday afternoon. Got together with neighbors to celebrate a birthday. Service was great! Cold beer and fresh snacks.

1st time. Awesome place! Lanes were full, but we played in the arcade and sat at the bar with Chris the bartender and had some dinner. Great guy, great conversation. Thank u Chris! And Bolero. Will return and highly recommend.

The place in itself and the staff were great and very helpful. Bay #1 and # 2 from the extreme left kept on getting stuck again and again which affected our game. The kitchen was backed up and food took longer than usual to come out but tasted good.

Fun place with a small arcade area for the kids. Nothing special about it. One problem is all the menus tell you to order online, but this does not connect with their registers. They don't tell you this when you check in or when you grab a menu. Only found this out after waiting 15 minutes for drinks and then going to the bar to ask, just to find out they had no clue we ordered. They acted like I should have known and I was inconveniencing them. I'm sure a lot of people are rude about it, and thus they get stand offish immediately.

Fun experience for the kids. Lane kept messing up and continually needed technicians help. Besides the wait of those fixes, it was a great visit. Would definitely go again.

Fun place for every age!
This place has food, arcades, and, of course, bowling.
Sadly, the barriers on the side can't be chosen for individual younger players and would have to be up for everyone if chosen to use them. So, we opted for the ramp for our youngest player!
Didn't get to play the arcade games or try any foods this time around, but hopefully, next time.
As we were a group of 6 ppl, we were able to use a Groupon here. One location was closer to where I lived, but Groupon was only redeemable at the Durham location.

We go pretty often to have good fun & eat bad snacks! I wish they had celery sticks or something healthy but, who cares? We come for the games! Love the lighting, the shoes are painted, the the people are loud, the tables are sticky! Reminds me of Married With Children when Al was in the bowling league & we love it!

I just want to take a moment to express the great time I had at Bowlero for a party and night of fun with my friends and family, from the friendly customer service at the front desk, to the cooks in the kitchen checking to see how we enjoyed our food, even the porters we talked to where helpful in getting the perfect balls for bowling, as well as making sure our lanes where fresh and clean to perfection, thank you Bowlero for such an unexpected experience, loved it, and we’ll definitely be back for more fun in the future!!!!!!
