Clearly this place is under some great new management! My husband and I had not been bowling at this location in years because our previous experiences were not great at all! I’m so glad we gave them another try. Yes, the cost has gone up a bit, but the experience was top notch! I had trouble finding the right weight of ball, and one of the staff found a good ball for me and came by to check to see how it was working. Check in was a breeze and the facility was extremely clean (bathroom too). Another staff checked on us (Kyrin sp?) to see if we needed help. Honestly, it was one of best date nights in a while. We will definitely be back!

It was super crowded after Thanksgiving. But staff was very helpful. Or first lane was out of order but we were quickly shifted to a functional lane. Good variety of food options at this location and a small arcade for more fun.
Bathroom was spacious and clean but the stalls were a little crooked.

Pricey $90 entry for 5 and about $90 on food. Food order was incorrect but corrected was 10/10 delicious. Cool day as a date, self, or with kids.

I am SO glad this place is here!! Bowlero is the ONLY Bowling Alley in Durham, Chapel Hill & surrounding...but even if it was among many, this place stands out. It is newly renovated with a cool retro vibe. New shoes, clean lanes, small arcade, food and attentive staff. What else could you possibly want? I would rate them higher if I could!!!

I recently visited Bowlero 15-501, Durham and had such a great experience that I felt compelled to leave a review. The staff were absolutely fantastic from the moment we walked in. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — it made a big difference in our overall experience.
The bowling staff Assistant Diamond was efficient and helpful, making check-in and lane setup quick and easy. He was very helpful answering our questions and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. We will definitely be back!

I'm happy to give this location 5 stars now that Chris, the previous manager, is gone. The facility has its issues, but most of those are due to corporate decisions like removing water fountains and disallowing personal water bottles. Food has improved over the last few years, drink specials are pretty good, and the staff is always friendly. Rates are pretty expensive unless you're in a league, but that's also a corporate issue.

It’s been a while since I’ve visited a bowling alley and especially this one. So, I wasn’t sure what to expect. To my surprise, the place was super clean and very welcoming! Zach, one of the employees, was incredibly kind and made sure the area next to us was cleaned right away so we could enjoy our game without looking at a messy table. Another employee, Kyren, checked in on us (and the players beside us) several times to make sure everything was going well. The customer service was top-notch! We’ll definitely be back!!!!!

This is the second year getting a summer pass and it is great! Kid meal is cheap and bowl 2 games every day if you want. I want to specifically mention Hayleigh- she is always kind and smiling even when things are busy/stressful. We enjoy seeing her when we visit!

The staff and manager are great! We just found out they offer a summer pass as well. I was appreciative that they put the guard rails up and have the stands for children. Music and drinks are great too - we love a can of high noon and they have a bar!
