I had fun here the food was delicious. surprised about the bathroom it was clean. Usually we go to some bowling alley it to be as clean, but this one is inside was pretty clean. The staff was pretty helpful and informative. It was one time that our pin got stuck and nobody caught an attitude, but they was able to fix the issue but the only issue I had was the response time I can’t tell you the exact time it took them but it was a long time.

Overall a decent bowling place. Definitely overpriced, and more commercial than professional. The most legitimate thing about them is their employee Bryson, whom they hired from Village Lanes when it closed. They don't seem to have him working in the pro shop or anything though, which is bizarre considering his substantial experience. The place would improve significantly if they understood what they had in him.

I’m not sure how a bowling alley can fail if you’re there to bowl. This was a cool spot, very nice atmosphere. The staff aren’t super friendly but they get the job done.

Jasmine and Bryson are awesome. They contributed to making my daughter’s birthday party the best ever. They made sure everyone had the right sized shoes ( not an easy feat), smoothly helped set up the lane for all the bowlers. Also, loved getting the food delivered to our lane. Great staff and great lanes. Keep it up Bowlero!!

Great location, and there is so much potential, but this place lacks consistency in so many areas. You never know if they will have a bartender to make drinks. The person that tries to fill in has no clue on how to make simple standard drinks. They seem to be out of items all the time. There needs to be more accountability with the employees and this place could be amazing!

We booked two lanes as part of a party package a week in advance. I got a few proposals from Kayla to fit our needs with lanes, food, and alcohol configurations and the final we chose was very reasonable for what we got. When we arrived, the supervisor Gene was super helpful. He got us checked in and set up quickly, checked in on us, and made it easy. Food, alc, and service was great. It was also pretty cool there were some really good bowlers on other lanes, including someone who bowled a perfect 300.

Nice bowling alley. They have a small arcade and pro shop too. We went on a Saturday afternoon because it was raining so it was a little busy, had to wait about 30 minutes. Surprisingly the lanes weren't burnt. There is a snack bar too and they serve alcohol as well.

This place is so much fun! The staff is so very friendly, and management in particular went the extra mile to make our large group feel like we mattered. The concession stand was busy, but the staff were hustling and somehow able to keep up, manage expectations and deliver delicious food when promised. It felt that the staff’s attentiveness and positivity rubbed off on everyone so that when a bit of a line formed at the counters (not a surprise on a busy Saturday), guests just rolled with it because everyone was all smiles while helping. Good vibes here!

The staff was friendly but they were training. The restrooms are outside they are doing construction on the building. The lanes were fine and we had fun. Ordered food it was decent.

Not great service from the “events” team and place was not clean nor was the staff super attentive. We had fun bowling though, the system worked well and didn’t break on us. Though it did on others we saw.

First time since it's changed from AMF. We got in easily on Memorial Day afternoon with the kids. It was busy but loved the changes. Shoes are updated, lanes, carpets, arcade is updated. Service was great at the desk. Easy to find bowling balls and a toddler dino bowler thingy to assist my 3yo but we had a Blast!!! You can reserve lanes too!! I love this feature. When you bowl. the lane isn't wonky so your ball goes pretty true....if you're not the wonky one!! Come and bring your friends and have a blast!

Not sure bout regular prices but the groupon was well worth it for 2 hours of unlimited games. The shoes were new!

Fun bowling place! Came here with friends on aa Friday night. The pricing was like $10 per person per game and $6-7 for the shoe rental per person. Bowlero Durham also sells some food (burger, fries, finger foods, etc) - and they also have arcade machines in the back with prizes if you win enough points. Overall recommended!

While in the Chapel Hill/Durham area, my husband and I went to the Bowlero, which was a couple of doors down from our hotel. The atmosphere is very nice. It's huge and offers bowling, a few arcade games, and food and beverages. While we enjoyed our time there, the prices were very high. They charge per game, per person, plus the price of shoe rental. My husband and I played 4 games and it was $90. They also didn't have a great selection of bowling balls. My husband couldn't find any his fingers could fit into and we had to share balls with the people next to us. Fun time but we probably won't be going back without a coupon!
