Clearly this place is under some great new management! My husband and I had not been bowling at this location in years because our previous experiences were not great at all! I’m so glad we gave them another try. Yes, the cost has gone up a bit, but the experience was top notch! I had trouble finding the right weight of ball, and one of the staff found a good ball for me and came by to check to see how it was working. Check in was a breeze and the facility was extremely clean (bathroom too). Another staff checked on us (Kyrin sp?) to see if we needed help. Honestly, it was one of best date nights in a while. We will definitely be back!

Reserved for my Dads birthday. The manager made sure we were comfortable while we were bowling and appreciated that we made a reservation. He even brought us a fresh baked cookie for the birthday! Been living in the area since 2000 and this was the best visit by far.

We visited Bowlero at 7 PM for a family night with friends and kids, expecting a fun, family-friendly environment. Instead, we were subjected to a nonstop stream of highly sexualized music videos across the large screens behind the lanes—featuring strip club scenes, explicit dancing, and what can only be described as soft porn. The placement makes it impossible not to see.

This is completely inappropriate for a venue that serves families and children. It felt more like a red-light district at 1 AM than a bowling alley at 7 PM.

I want to be clear: the staff and manager were professional, kind, and handled our concerns well. This review is directed at corporate and whoever made the decision to push this content.

There are countless ways to create a fun atmosphere without exposing customers—especially kids—to explicit material. As a woman, a mother, and a paying customer, I found it disrespectful and unacceptable.

We will not return unless this policy changes and I will warn my community of friends and family.

The atmosphere was wonderful. The customer service was great. We order 2 of the samplers. From my understanding, there was only 1 person working the diner part. That's understanding to us. When we received the trays, one of the trays was cold and the other one was warm. The wrong flavor of wings was also wrong on one tray. We dealt with the warm one and took the cold one back. They told us to keep it, and they would bring us another one. Well, we only received the correct order of wings and nothing else. Did we eat the cold tray?, Yes! We pick over it. Other than the food, everything else was great! Andddd, we had a great time!!

I went on Sunday, and although the parking lot was full, it wasn’t very crowded inside. There was a line to pay, but everything went quickly. They have different promotions depending on the day and even the time. When I went, there were no promotions, and we paid for two lanes. The table in the lane we were assigned was dirty and was never cleaned, so I don’t recommend leaving a tip if they can’t even clean the table. They sell beer.
